It was a good short stay. I reached early before the Check-in time but the room was ready, and i get to check-in straight away. It was a fast check-in since i already pre-book the room from Trip.com. The room was excellent, clean. The bed was comfy. Although i didn't get to sleep full-night as i had to check-out early to catch an early flight but it was really comfortable and nice for me. The hotel also was just walking distance to the nearest mall and other shopping and F&B outlets. Everything so near, just walk around. Will defo coming back!

The room was nice, and it came with a kettle, toothbrush, towels, and tea bags. I wish I could have gotten a higher floor for a better view. I asked the front desk staff about changing floors; the Indian guy at the reception the night before said there would be a room available the next day, but the Indian lady the next day said sorry, there were no rooms. I wasn't very happy about that, but the overall stay was good.

Good. It's a pretty good hotel overall, the only minor issue was a bit of mold in the fridge. Generally speaking, it's quite good and the transportation is convenient. For the price, it's decent value for money.

The location was excellent and made it very easy to explore Brisbane, with convenient access to the CBD, South Bank, dining options, and public transport. The rooms have good views of the city. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, but what stood out most was the service from their team. The receptionist especially was friendly and welcoming, and we appreciated the assistance with storing our luggage and providing umbrellas during the rainy weather. These thoughtful touches made our stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel location is convenient, and the room's clean with a comfy bed. No complaints, but just a heads-up, they don't have free bottled water in the room (or I didn't see any in mine). I had to ask for a dental kit at the front desk.

The location is amazing , the staff is friendly and the view is good. However , you would get better and cheaper rooms in the area for the amount. Early check in is available for an extra cost.

Check in and out was a breeze. Great staff well mannered, patient and understanding - thank you. The room was lovely and had beautiful views over the river to Southbank. Easy to get to from Roma Street Station. Easy to get picked up for trip out to Airport. A really enjoyable stay.

The hotel's location is super convenient, with restaurants, supermarkets, and shops all within easy reach. Both Central (Station) and the bus stops are just a short walk away. The views are great, and it's very clean and quiet too. 👍

Always enjoy staying as it's central to everything I want went I'm in the city.. cocktail 🍸 bar straight around the corner....Irish pub down 👇 stairs...casino 2 short blocks away... Queen 👑 st mall!...All dining options and the botanic gardens is a 5 minute walk...there is also street parking a block away for my motorbike...always affordable and they let me leave my luggage for a nite in between stays...would recommend..
