It has good connectivity to the city and the bus stop is right in front.
The facilities are a bit old but well maintained.
The water pressure is very strong compared to other accommodations.

Had a wonderful stay. Balcony chairs could be replaced wicker broken in the seats. Morning staff lovely and helpful. Would stay again.

The suit is very big, very clean and well-equipped.
Transportation and shopping are very convenient. But the bathroom is relatively small and has no bathtub. The whole suit is very big but there is no bathtub, which seems very contradictory.

The best thing about this hotel is that there are 4 car park lots for visitors who get to park for free (in CBD!) for up to 4 hours. From 5pm onwards, there are many private car parks around which charge AUD$5 for overnight parking for 12 hours. If you time your schedule, you will not have to pay for the AUD$39 per night parking!
The hotel is basic, and the corridors were rather narrow, but the two room apartment I stayed in was spacious, and had a lovely view of the city. Beds were firm, and the kitchenette was well equipped.
The hotel is a short walk away from eating areas.
