Come stay at our NEW cozy retreat. Our 3-bedroom, first-floor apartment is located near the heart of Downtown Bristol. The apartment features a full dining room; a living room with flatscreen tv with smart capabilities; a bathroom with standup shower and tub combo including towels; iron and ironing board; a full kitchen including cookware, utensils, sink, stove/oven, toaster, microwave, full-sized fridge, coffee maker, and dish washer. The main bedroom has a spacious king bed while the other two bedrooms have queen beds, and every room has closet space. All amenities you could need for your stay are available for use.
The backyard is a communal space with the second-floor apartment. It was the loveliest little home in Bristol, which is an incredibly cute town. We loved Midtown Oyster Bar and Folklore Provisions. It's easy to drive to Newport from this town as well.It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay and was in a residential area. If we come back to the area, we would definitely stay here again.I was also very impressed with their level of organization and that we received an ebook that they had put together of some local recommendations and pertinent information we might need. I don't think I've ever stayed anywhere that the hosts covered everything so thoroughly!

VBRO stay
The property is as described. Plenty of space with the amenities that we needed. Very conveniently located closed to a lot restaurant, walking distance to parks, driving proximity to our son's school RWU. Excellent instructions from property owner. Very responsive.

Great layout and location
Wonderful apartment and comfortable for five adults and a newborn. Plenty of pots and pans and utensils for cooking dinner! Michele was great to correspond with in a timely manner.
The only thing I would change is the bright lights, I think soft white bulbs would make the lighting more comfortable. Will definitely stay again.

Comfy stay
Great location. The flat has been re-done, but still has the charming woodwork, etc. Place was wonderful-had everything we needed. Quiet area. Good communication with owner. Able to get to the Newport area easily. Variety of food options nearby

We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were breezy and nice. Loved the neighborhood close to the water and amazing cemetery up on the hill.
