Novotel Bristol Centre

I liked everything, minimal furniture in the bedroom so its spacious , quality tv speakers, mini fridge in the room., nice bathtub that is quickly filled with water, reasonable price, you can also have some brita water, express check out,

I have to say that I’ve worried in the beginning when I was booking it. Some reviews brought me concerns. However, after I got my room, everything is good enough for the price we paid. I would not say it’s super clean and super nice but it’s good enough for stay. They do daily room cleaning. All the facilities you need are there. Especially the gym and the health centre are amazing. For the price I am paying I would not expect that. The location is perfect. Short walk from the train station and short walk to all the attractions. Makes it easy to in and out. The room I’ve got is also quiet. Overall I would definitely come back again if I ever come to Bristol. This is a highlight of our trip.

If you manage to get a good deal on this at around 110 lb per night then the hotel is not too bad at the full price in excess of $150 160 lb a night. This represents really bad value. The hotel is very tired. The heating is non-existent and the hot water is in limited supply. The service from the staff was excellent and the location is superb. It's just that this is a hotel desperately in need of love and refurbishment. There was evidence of cost cutting in most areas such as a cheap coffee and tea in the rooms, heating that wouldn't turn on and minimal hot water (5 minutes at most). For the right price it's bearable for a couple of nights but at full price there are better deals out there in Bristol

Nice big room, convenient to the train station. Only issue was mo hot water in the shower for 3 days, it was tepid at best but mostly cold. It was reported but not fixed.

My second stay at thus hotel. Perfect location, and generally nice facilities. The hotels air cooling system struggled with warm weather which made sleep difficult. Otherwise another good stay
