Good.location with its own underground carpark and shops/pubs t mins walk away, decent sized hotel in quite good clean condition. My room had a knocking noise coming from pipes in the bathroom wall, but they did offer to move me. There is a gym on the 4th floor but my room card wouldn't allow access to it for some reason..

The hotel is clean and tidy, and the room is spacious and hygienic. The large bed is very comfortable to sleep in. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Bristol.

Good location, reasonable room, breakfast and price, friendly staff. Parking worked well, enough space to park but a little expensive at £17 for 24hrs

Staff was really kind and cooprative.  However, cleaning staff was bery unprofessional we asked them multiple times to to service our room but they didnt do that. Even they didnt clean the bin.

Overall, Novotel Bristol Centre is a classic-style hotel that is clean and offers all the basic amenities you need. The location is excellent, and it takes less than 10 minutes to walk from the train station. They also serve a classic full English breakfast in the morning. Great choice for a practical and convenient stay.

The hotel is in the city center close the prime locations of visit to see. The room is clean and check in and check out process is smooth and staff are professional. Parking is available with extra charges with £17 for 24 hrs.

I liked everything, minimal furniture in the bedroom so its spacious , quality tv speakers, mini fridge in the room., nice bathtub that is quickly filled with water, reasonable price, you can also have some brita water, express check out,

A comfortable hotel with the added advantage of onsite parking which is why we chose this hotel. Rooms are a good size but dated. Bathroom had nice toiletries, but the water was warm at best. Nice and quiet location and all staff were personable and welcoming.

Booked this for a staff business trip, the people that stayed said it was lovely, it was the perfect location for what we needed and we had no issues at all, would happily stay here again if we were in the area.

The place was easy to locate, it’s in the centre. Despite having road blocks there was no problem locating the hotel. There was ample parking as well. The reception was tidy and  feels welcoming. My daughter loved the small play area. Staff were very helpful and professional. The room was large, there was enough space even if the sofa was made into a bed. The fire alarm went off though at around 5am hence we have no proper sleep, but despite that our stay was lovely!! Will definitely come back here.

Struggled to find the hotel due to road works. The hotel its self was modern, clean and very comfortable. The bedroom was lovely, bed very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Would definitely stay again

Lovely stay overall. However, the happy hour felt like a scam. They advertised any beer for £5 before 18:00, but I ordered one and a half beers and was charged the full price (order was made at17:40). I pointed out the mistake, but my concern was ignored.

All fine except for a few things: there was only one breakfast tea bag left each day so had to ask for more. The fridge didn’t work. When we went to the sauna at 5pm (the time they state it’s open from) and it had not been switched on so had to call reception and by the time the sauna was beginning to get warm we had to leave as we had a booking (about 45 minutes later). It was shut when we returned and in the morning before we checked out so we didn’t get to use it. Rather annoying as we chose this hotel over others BECAUSE of them having a ‘spa’.
