Whilst on paper this property seems ideal, we had a very unfortunate experience as the whole building was being renovated with builders workingday and night on all floors including on the room next to ours. There even was an occasion where a worker walked in on us at 8am. This experience would be unique to the time we were there however we should never have been allowed to book a stay here during this level of renovations. If they weren’t renovating the rating would be much higher. I am very disappointed that there was no detail or warning that renovations were being carried out as I would never have booked this stay under those unsafe conditions.

Stayed for a couple days and had a brilliant stay with fridge, oven, stove, microwave , toaster and kettle in the room. Cutlery and Crockery and utensils all there making the stay much more enjoyable and helpful and easy enough to check in online before turning up. Lovely quiet hotel made up of studio apartments. Will hopefully return one day

A very inflexible outfit with a front loaded impersonal on-boarding process that was required after payment in which ID documents, photos and credit card details were required to be given away. For those that are happy for their particulars to be shared with the smallest of vendors who are not interested in return custom - go at it, but this is not why I use a intermediary like Trip.com that has a business model based around return custom and trust. Note that the fine print at the time of my booking Dec2025 on Trip.com says "can" be paid by credit card - in fact it is a must and MUST be done on some online portal. All very bureaucratic, impersonal with the "customer" taking on all the risk and administrative burden.

Fantastic set up - all the information was clear and access was easy. The apartment was nicely decorated, kitchen had everything you’d need.

Amazing location near clifton suspension bridge, nice area and shops nearby, clean room with all amenities included. Overall very happy with our stay and would definitely come back if going to bristol
