Luxurious Retreat with Hot Tub and Dock - Elegant Riverfront Escape

The interior spans 6,300+ sq. ft. across 3 levels of impeccably designed space and features 7 bedrooms, 6 king-size beds, and 4.5 baths to comfortably accommodate up to 16 guests. Set on over 2 acres of wooded grounds, the estate features a long list of luxe amenities including a dock, hot tub, fire pit, 2 kitchens, entertainment room & parking for 10 cars. The nightly rate covers the first 7 people. Each additional person is just $30 per person/per day. This applies to anyone age 3 and over (kids 2 and under are free). The fee is applied to anyone that comes to the property (not just those staying the night). The extra person fee covers additional wear and tear to the property and amenities, additional professional cleaning/disinfecting, increased use of the internal plumbing, electricity, and other utilities, etc. Have a pet? It's $300 per pet per stay to bring them along. We have exterior cameras at the front door, garage, back yard, and lower deck (there are NO cameras inside the home). Respect our neighbor’s property and do not trespass into their yards or driveways. 2. Keep the noise outside to a reasonable level at all times. 3. Quiet hours outside begin at 9:30 pm. 4. Any outside amplified music must be preapproved by host. 5. Cars should be parked in the garage or on the driveway. Absolutely no street parking permitted. 6. Fireworks are prohibited on the property. 7. Neighbors are aware that guests often stay at this home. Please treat them with respect and courtesy as you would the people in your neighborhood. 8. Please lock all doors and windows 9. We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. 10. No off-road vehicles are allowed on the premises. 11.. 12. Please do not attach anything to the walls or ceilings with tape, tacks or anything else as this can cause damage which you will be charged for. 13. Please place any moved furniture back in its original position. A $100 fee will apply if all items are not properly reset before checkout. 14. An additional fee of $200 will be charged for guests who arrive early (before the designated check in time) and also for those who check out late (after the designated check out time). 15.. 16.
