"The hotel is in an excellent location, especially if arriving by bus as I did. Easy walking distance to harbour and the many great restaurants of Brixham. Breakfast was of very good quality, excellent ingredients and cooked to order. All the staff, reception and serving, were very friendly. The hotel bar is a nice space to finish off the day. Two minor niggles, which didn't impact me seriously. The shower in my room was rather idiosyncratic - took a long time for hot water to appear and I didn't find the controls very user friendly. Mine was a single room, but quite spacious and I feel it would have benefitted from the addition of a small armchair - there is certainly space for one. All in all, I was very happy with my stay and would certainly return."

"Our 3rd visit to this lovely accommodation run by Linda and Joe who make you feel so at home during your stay. Our room was spotlessly clean as usual, high end toiletries , a seperate sitting area with a tv where is nice to sit with a cuppa. Delightful choice of breakfasts with high quality ingredients , i tried the overnight oats and enjoyed it so much i was given a print out of the recipe without asking. Nothing is too much trouble. Harbour is 10 mins walk away where there are an abundance of eateries, bus stop is outside the accommodation and a pub a few minutes walk down the road . We will be back most definitely"

"Clean, comfortable beds, very dog friendly, our dog(colin) loved all the attention from the staff, pip is a great host and cooks an amazing breakfast, freindly staff, amazing views from hotel windows, plenty of parking, short walk into harbour area and shops, all pubs dog freindly, been 4 times, can't wait to return"
