"A good location and friendly staff"
Smugglers Hotel
"Called in for drinks last week, and booked a table for a meal. Great decision. From walking through the door, to leaving, the service was phenomenal. Nothing was too much trouble. Great menu. The Argentine grill gives a beautiful ambiance. Food was exemplary. Hubby said it was the best cooked steak he had ever had, and my sea bream was superb. Emily and Mark ensured our evening was without fault. An excellent addition to the Brixham dining scene."
Beacon House B&B Brixham
"Staying at Beacon House was a real treat! A very friendly and welcoming environment and fascinating questioning and listening to both Herve and Natalie talk about all their adventures. The accommodation was comfortable, clean and fantastic views looking out over the whole of the bay at Brixham. The breakfast was delicious, different and fabulous flavours. I particularly would recommend the berry compost with yoghurt and pear. And the eggs Benedict were the best I’ve ever had! I would definitely return as felt very welcomed and Brixham was a very pretty place to explore. Jane and Anne. (we were walking the south West Coast path, a great place to stop over!)"
Ranscombe House
"Amazing B&B everything thought of, great nights sleep, breakfast really really good and Pip is a great host, will be our new go to ❤️"
Brookside Guest House & Mini Spa
"Joe and Linda were the perfect hosts from start to end of our 5 night break. They greeted us with a welcome cuppa and delicious home made cake. They gave us lots of useful information about the surrounding area, and were always on hand for anything we needed. The breakfast was the best and most extensive we've ever had, just irresistible! The room was perfect too, with luxury toiletries and comfy seats to watch the tennis and football. Also bonus of a small fridge in the room. Brookside is very close to the bus stop, although the town is walking distance. There is a lovely hot tub which we enjoyed even though we only had time to use it once. We will certainly stay with Joe and Linda again if we return to the area. Thanks for your hospitality."
Blue Horizon
Devoncourt Devoncoast SeaView Apartments
"Stayed 2 nights as a family of 4 to visit the pirate festival and as a base it’s ideal for that. We ate breakfast and prepared picnic lunch but otherwise ate out as there are stunning fish and seafood restaurants as you’d expect in one of the West Country’s famous fishing ports. The apartment was clean and spacious with everything we needed other than certain toiletries like shampoo and conditioner, a hair dryer and obviously food and drink. The view however is incredible whatever the time or weather. There’s ample parking on site. We do intend to return for next year!"
Driftwood B&B
"Had such a lovely time at this beautiful b&b, hosts Zoe and Keith went above and beyond to ensure you hd the best stay, beautiful room and balcony with gorgeous view of the harbour and the breakfast wow, best ever. Would also highly recommend the La Petite Maison restaurant, gorgeous setting with lush food. Thanks again for making our stay wonderful"
