Dominic is the amazing staff at the reception desk, and also really a warm hearted person that I've ever met!! He made my first impression of Brno genuinely perfect! We should thank God we have him in this hotel and this might be one of the reasons to choose the hotel continental.

Its okay for short stay. Receptionist could be more empathetic, greeting to cold.
