"The room has a terrace, which is very convenient for drying clothes! However, the bathroom faucet is positioned too low, requiring you to bend over to wash your hair, which is a bit tiring! The room doesn't have air conditioning, but thankfully there's a fan, which is helpful when it gets too hot! There's a children's playroom where kids can have a great time! The buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of high-quality food! The front desk staff were very helpful in resolving my issues, but at check-out, they mistakenly gave me a previous guest's parking fee slip, saying they had already charged my credit card – I was terrified! There's a bus stop (number 44) in front of the hotel, making it very convenient to get to the city center!"

"the location is great, easy go to the center by walk or transfer to other place by train. but it’s not clean enough… their mattress sheets and pillows may not have been cleaned… my whole body was red and itchy after i slept, it’s like i was bitten by some insect… what‘s more ironic is that they will ask for an additional cleaning fee of €6… it isn’t written in the content in booking pages, that’s not reasonable…"

"I really enjoyed while staying in the hotel. Great location from city centre and direct bus(no.67) in front of hotel. Shop and shopping centre and thej0 swimming pool was couple of mins away from.the ho All the staff were extremely well trained. Receptionist, The breakfast was amazing 👏 😋 so many choices I was full every morning. Cereals, muffins, pancakes, juice, ham, cheese, teas, coffee, bacon, sausage, beans, scrambled eggs, poached eggs, steamed vegetables, dairy drinks, yogurts, fruits, even sauces and condiments were very detailed. Dinner time there was a live piano music. Food was nice as well. We had a drink in the restaurant at night, they serve drink before 11pm. Highly recommended to stay in Cosmopolitan Boby Centrum."

"This place is a cheap stay and a unique stay. If you’re looking for prime comfort look elsewhere. If you can handle basic amenities for a night or two then absolutely try it as it’s an experience. A few points worth making: - there’s a 24 hour reception - the Wi-Fi actually worked excellently - showers are old skool but warm and powerful. You must pull a chain to keep the water running but I’ve had far worse showers in hotels. - Bring your own toiletries as nothing provided. - toilets were simple but always clean - room was clean - air is damp stuffy but not so bad that you can’t sleep in it etc (my clothes did smell mildly damp when I left) - my room was surprisingly big and full of communist era paraphernalia. - I’m tall (191cm) and the bed had a bar at the end but actually I just about fit in without it impeding me which was good. - bed wasn’t too uncomfortable actually but then I do quite like slightly harder surfaces to sleep on. - pillow was a bit rubbish, sleeping bag old but ok. - Towel was old but fine. Hard to dry in the damp tunnel. - bin in every room and I had one plug socket. - Light not turned off in hallway at night and it came through the door glass window so you won’t get pitch black at night or anything close to it. - key good and security code used to enter accommodation so it is secure. - free self guided tour of the bunker included in price. - breakfast included in price but I never made it as it ran only 8-10am - check out 10am It was great value to be honest and I expected far worse. I wouldn’t choose this place if you expect to spend any time in your room but if you’re out exploring a lot and just need a bed + you’re mildly adventurous then I really recommend."

"Kdyby šlo dat hodnocení 0 tak ho dám , ve výsledku je to krásný hotel pokoje jsou nové vše tip top , ale pokud nějaký ***** začne sbíječkou v 6:28 a vzbudí s tím celý hotel tak v tom případě není o co stát a hotel není tou oázou odpočinku jakou se prezentuje a spis budete po ránu mít tep 150 takže sem už nikdy a nedoporučuji to opravdu nikomu!!!!!!!!!!! If I could give a rating of 0, I would. In the end, it’s a beautiful hotel with new rooms, everything is top-notch. But if some ***** starts using a jackhammer at 6:28 AM and wakes up the entire hotel, then it’s not worth it. The hotel is far from the oasis of relaxation it claims to be, and instead, you’ll wake up with a heart rate of 150. So, I’m never coming back here, and I absolutely do not recommend it to anyone!!!!!!!!!!!"

"The hotel is nice and the breakfast is above average. Parking situation is good and the Spa quite ok. Unfortunately I had a heavy diarrhea. Although every room has a complementary bottle of water, the hotel was unable or unwilling to supply me a second bottle ( of cause we offer to pay for it ) after 10 pm. I still don't understand what's the problem to supply a simple bottle for a ill guest."

"Maximus Hotel & Wellness – Is This 4-Star Service? I was genuinely excited to experience your couple’s package – a night’s stay and a 3-hour wellness session. As a first-time guest, I expected a seamless, rejuvenating experience. Sadly, I left disappointed – not by the facilities, but by the lack of consideration in your guest service. Lost in Wellness Centre We weren't allowed to see the wellness centre before using our 3-hour slot. The place is huge – but without a tour or orientation, we wasted precious time figuring it out ourselves. We didn’t get to enjoy all the facilities, and our time ran out. This is avoidable and unfair. Inflexible Timing, Despite Being Hotel Guests We asked to split our wellness time so we could enjoy it at our leisure – we were, after all, staying at the hotel. But no flexibility was offered. Since we couldn’t commit to the unlimited package, we were stuck. This rigid policy makes little sense, especially for hotel guests unfamiliar with the wellness centre. Breakfast Confusion Reception told us breakfast ran till 10:30. We arrived at 10:00 – but it had already ended. Apparently, the receptionist got the timing wrong because it was a public holiday. The restaurant manager let me grab a rushed coffee and bite – appreciated, but awkward with him checking on me as food was cleared away. This is not what I expected from a 4-star rated hotel. First-time guests deserve better orientation, more flexible use of facilities, and accurate information from staff. Please do better – the experience has potential, but the service must match the promise."

If you're an architecture enthusiast or simply want to stay somewhere with a real story, it's a memorable choice — just go in with realistic expectations about a few rough edges. Worth noting: at the time of writing, there are collector/utility works being carried out on the street right in front of the hotel, and workers were already active as early as 7:30 AM — something light sleepers in street-facing rooms should factor in, on top of the general city noise."

"Worst apparment I have booked in years. Poor communication, hard to find, yet very central. Does not look like in the pictures: everything is a little off like broken toilet seat and shower holder. No hand towels. Bedsheets are too narrow so they keep coming off all night. In summer, it's hot in the apartment and keeping the window open means a lot of noise from the pedestrian streets. Only one key! This place has nothing to do with "luxury" (as they call themselves Luxury Apartment). Basically it was clean, but poorly maintained. Parking they offer is very shady and expensive. AVOID!!"
