"Hotel location is very good. It's next to the square so it's very easy to get around. The room felt like a renovated old palace, and the only bathroom amenities were shower gel and shampoo. There was a refrigerator, but it was stocked with various items in the form of a minibar, and there was an espresso machine, but it was chargeable. Breakfast was delicious. The wifi is very slow and sometimes not available depending on the location inside the room. This is my first time seeing a safe with a key."

Efi Spa Hotel Superior & Pivovar

"We stayed for two nights in junior suite. We chose it for the spa which then was out of service due to fire incident so we did not feel like trying it when they reopened. The walk to the city centre is about 20 min and similar time to main train station. Although room was on the main road it was not too bad and quiet at night. Aircon worked. Room was spacious, with two bathrooms and two toilets: one with shower, the other one with bathtub. Unfortunately water was lukewarm to warm so not suitable for actually taking the bath… Breakfast was fantastic with fresh ingredients to make yourself a juice - I have never seen it in any other hotel so big plus. Also there was an omelet station. Restaurant and brewery is worth trying for their own lager and modern twist on Czech classics. Overall very clean hotel of excellent value and I would return. We got welcome drinks."

"Reception and cleaning staff was very friendly and helpful with whatever practical issues we had. Had the penthouse and all was great. Bit overpriced parking and breakfast is really sub par compared to this supposedly being a 4 star hotel. We are not being particular picky, but the selection and quality was that of a 2 star. 1 elevator makes waiting sometimes long."

"Someone BROKE INTO OUR APARTMENT and STOLE our belongings for the value of almost 3000 EUR. The manager Eliska Lacinova BLOCKED ME on WhatsApp so I would not contact her about the incident anymore. I was patient for more than a year and still NO refund. Reported to the police. DO NOT BOOK AN APARTMENT HERE !!!!!!!!!! NO SECURITY AT ALL !!!!!!"
