The facility has come something into the years, but it was not yet problematic! The rooms made a clean impression, the balcony was not invited to stay! Breakfast was rich and with small refineries! In a 4Sterne Hotel should wish you the staff at entering the location already ”Good morning” ...

First of all, an exceptional hotel in Brno near the center!! One of the most beautiful experiences, thank you very much! We were celebrating our birthday with a friend and the staff was so kind that they prepared a bottle of wine and rose leaves for us in our room. It was really wonderful and we thank you very much!!!! The breakfasts are absolutely amazing, there is so much choice that we didn't know what to choose first. The staff at the reception were very nice and friendly, they helped us in everything and gave us great tips on where to go to see all the beauties of Brno!

The hotel itself is fine. The room was large and comfortable with a kitchenette. It is pretty clean. Staff were kind and helpful. It was good value for what you get. Fine for a short stay. The area is a bit run-down, but acceptable, and felt safe. It is well located for the city centre by foot or by tram.

Best part was the room, a double - plenty of space, well-appointed and well-cleaned and maintained. I was there for a convention and it's difficult to rate the restaurant fare properly. They ran out early of non-meat options. However, a polite, 'diplomatic' remonstration with the chef resulted later in an attractive a la carte fish dish served at the table. The breakfast buffet was fairly good. Service overall could have been more friendly. The sauna/wellness area was underwhelming and had strange hours: door locked until 6pm, which is also when they switch on the heating. Dinner from 6.30pm?! The taxi they ordered for me (the hotel is about 10-15 minutes outside the centre) failed to arrive - the driver ”forgot” - and they couldn't get another. I only caught my connection thanks to one of the organisers frantically driving us in her car. Loud music at night from the stage at the sports ground opposite but, hey ho. Conference facilities were good, and well-staffed. I think everyone was pleased. Overall a good experience at the Quality Hotel Brno Exhibition Centre. compa

Because of the price of the hotel during the National Day of Prague, I had to leave the Brno to Vienna and I had to postpone the day and return to Brno for a day. The train station in the hotel is relatively close, the front desk is very warm, the introduction is very careful, good experience
