Friendly family run hotel a short walk from the village of Beddgelert. Continental Breakfast is included with excellent range of cooked options at a reasonable price and gluten free toast too. No dinner available but there are plenty of places to eat in the village and a short drive away. This is an ideal spot if you’re here for the hill walking. There are walks galore in every directly right on your doorstep. I only wish we had stayed an extra night.

Magnificent and without doubt one of the most beautiful places on earth. We had dinner on the terrace which was cooked to perfection. We had prawn and salmon linguini and the steak. Both presentation and taste were fantastic and I am delighted that TŶ Afon have opened their restaurant as Beddgelert doesn't offer many other restaurants to this standard. The location is stunning and we will definitely return. Thank you for a perfect evening.

We stayed at this hotel for just one night, and that was the only bad thing, we really wish we’d stayed longer. The room, the decor, the surroundings, the staff and the food were all exceptional, we walked into the very pretty village and were back in time for dinner at the hotel, we had a very comfortable and quiet night and a great freshly cooked breakfast before walking Snowdon. We will visit again and would recommend to anyone. Keep up the good work.

Wonderful stay! Warm, friendly welcome and exceptional staff. Comfortable bed and spotless room - our bathroom had a full bath too - ideal for a soak after a busy day. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate plus biscuits in room Can recommend the poached eggs on toast at breakfast as beautiful fresh golden and perfectly cooked eggs. Continental breakfast also excellent with creamy porridge, cereals, fresh fruit, yoghurts, wonderful bread for toast, croissants etc You are served with tea and coffee - makes a change from having to use a machine Plenty of convenient car-parking and wonderful scenery all around Had a pleasant and extremely comfortable stay

What an amazing and delightful place! We were made to feel so welcome and they did their utmost to give us the room requested. The whole place has an air of calm nestled by the river with the most beautiful scenery Wales has to offer. Beautifully decorated with care, thought and attention given to every detail. Rooms are small but enough to manoeuvre and furnished to a high standard with every comfort taken into account. Bathroom was lovely with aromatherapy toiletries which were lovely. Breakfast was great, perhaps a little more choice of pasties/continental would be nice but that is only being picky. There is a small bar also seating outside to enjoy the incredible views and the sound of the river. We would definitely return.

This place was a real gem in a spectacular setting. Located in one of the most scenic villages (Beddgelert) in North Wales, surrounded by Mountain views, it is an amazing, tranquil and a wholesome retreat! From the moment we arrived we felt at home. Such a warm welcome from Anthea at Reception. She was absolutely brilliant! The owner Regan couldn’t have been more welcoming, we loved this place, everything was just perfect! Rooms are immaculate, the bed was very comfortable, the inside is cosy with thoughtful and stylish decor, attention to detail is outstanding. Breakfast was also fantastic ( both service and food quality). They have a cosy bar for evening drinks and a very relaxed atmosphere throughout! The village has some great restaurants and pubs, short walk from the hotel. We had a great stay, thank you. Highly recommended !

Hidden gem in the valley in the woods
Amazing location in the valley and next to a spectacular river. Cant go wrong with location if you like nature, trails, tranquility and peace.
