As an old customer for this hotel, I was well knowing of the location and comprehensive facilities and it offers good value for money...This stay time was a pleasant surprise, we were upgraded to The Star ****** Residents, a luxurious apartment complex across the street on the 23rd floor. The great view from the balcony of the 23rd floor is absolutely perfect, and there are also public lounges, barbecue areas, swimming pool, Spa, gyms on the 20th floor, all of which are free use... The location downstairs is still outstanding (within walking distance to shopping mall, restaurants, bars, clinics, post office, banks, club, supermarkets, and train station). The room space is just right for a family of three (please refer to my picture detail). The staff always well friendly... I will keep this unique experience in mind💕Thank you

Best stay in the Gold Coast so far. Stayed for 7 nights, wished I booked for longer. Friendly management & lovely , quaint apartment just an excellent combination to make this stay for me a truly enjoyable experience.

Enjoyed our stay here, close to the beach and had a really nice pool.

The reception is friendly and helpful.

Booked a 1 bedroom apartment, and they gave me a studio apartment place was dirty and rundown they couñld even be bothered to screw a screw into the bed head so they just let it hang on an angle drinking glasses hag finger prints they also tried to charge me to park there. ..stay away from this there's a reason why it's cheap...never again

No solo q nunca respondieron un chat ni mal para el ch in tardío. Si bien tenía que llegar bien en el horario para prevenir pq me gusta.. q paso ? Demora del avión. A eso sumale obras que están haciendo en el tram en GC Por suerte llegué a horario pero nunca respondieron. Luego dejaron muy pocas cosas de papel ; jabón. Les pedí que me dejen más en la puerta. No que hicieron entraron !!!!! Las 3 veces q tuve q ir a recepción son dos chinos sin ganas de trabajar. Te tenían ahí esperando y ellos hablando por teléfono lo más bien y se notaba q no eran llamadas de clientes. Después otro chinito limpiando no se que cosa con cosa con una máquina super ruidosa desde temprano También hay obras enfrente y no estaba aclarado
