My wife picked this hotel after seeing a TikTok video. We both wanted a spa weekend so decided to come to Norfolk Mead. We had a great experience. All
Members of staff were very pleasant and the Spa facilities were superb. Food in the restaurant was excellent, particularly breakfast. Overall we both had a very enjoyable stay.

Perfect stay
We had a great stay the spa was amazing just what we needed
Loved the hotel room spacious and a comfortable bed.
The breakfast was 10/10 great choice and staff very friendly

We enjoyed a relaxing two-night stay at the Norfolk Mead and were impressed by the attention to detail and service provided.
The food - at both breakfast and dinner - was delicious and there was an excellent selection of wine.
Our room was quiet and comfortable, with all needs met and a very decent shower.
The spa facilities were well designed and perfectly cleaned and maintained. Again, the customer service was spot on.
Thank you to all the staff who made our stay so special.
