"This was a three night ‘escape’ to explore a completely new area. Broadstairs is a lovely small old fashioned resort with bracing walks, friendly people, some lovely eateries and many places to sit and watch the world go by. Artfuls was a perfect base. Small and friendly, it is ideally located near the seafront, promenade and town centre. The staff were all absolutely lovely, extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the area and good places to eat. Our room was quirky but comfortable with everything we needed. Breakfasts were excellent and unhurried. There was easy parking nearby. I readily recommend Artfuls to any couples wishing to enjoy a relaxed break in a lovely place. I would"

"The check-in counter is in the restaurant across the street. When checking out, just drop your card into a card slot. The restaurant is good value for money; I recommend trying it if you have time. However, the biggest drawback is that there's no elevator. If you have luggage, I recommend staying on the ground floor. Also, heating is very important; this place has severely inadequate heating, so be aware of that."
