"Lovely Hotel, definitely stay again but not in the room given to me , I had emailed and called in advance for a lower floor as I have 2 miniature dachshunds, I was very surprised to be at the very top of 6 flights of stairs no lift ! Court yard room next time ."

The Lodge at Broadway

"I personally experienced this incredibly shady place. The smoke alarm went off, and the unreasonable landlord falsely accused the guest of smoking or using the range hood. After checking that they hadn't, they asked if they had showered or used a hair dryer. If they had, it was still their fault and they charged them a fine. Fellow travelers, be sure to avoid this shady place! Avoid it!"

Crown and Trumpet Inn

📍 14 Church St, Broadway
★★★ 8.2 (62 reviews)

"We have been for the odd drink in the last year and one lunch but not dinner since covid. It was a bit disappointing to see pretty much the sane menu as the previous owner had (a few more dishes would be nice or daily specials). That said we all enjoyed what we had and as we haven’t been for a while the menu choices were ok. The staff are excellent especially the chap with the beard. They work hard and are super friendly. We will be back again soon. "

The Lygon Arms - an Iconic Luxury Hotel ★★★★
"We had a two night stay at the Lygon arms hotel and we have been there before. It is always good the rooms are clean and always comfortable. Food in the restaurant or the Tavern are excellent and the breakfast is delicious.  The staff are always friendly and helpful. The swimming pool is always clean and the massage is a great way to unwind. Broadway itself is also very nice and there is enough to keep you occupied for a couple of days and is a good base for exploring the Cotswolds further ."

The Lodge at Broadway ★★★★
"Admin mix up of our room caused a lot of confusion. There was no one on site to help us. There is also no air conditioning. Other than that, it is a safe and comfortable place to stay."

The Broadway Hotel ★★★
"In the town of Broadway, I saw peace and tranquility, and those quaint buildings. The hotel is located among a group of distinctive buildings. Although it is an old building, it is very well decorated, and the modern and ancient elements complement each other. The room is small and cozy, and the bathroom is clean and tidy. The hotel has several options for breakfast, which is pure British style and quite satisfactory, with large portions and delicious taste. However, I do not recommend choosing Scottish smoked fish as it is too salty. The bar is quite lively at night, and you can taste the local GIN wine. Turn right when you exit the parking lot and walk to the end. There is a cafe there which is quite popular. You can have a cup of coffee and a piece of cake and chat with the locals."

Abbots Grange Manor House ★★★★★
"Simply the best. We try and travel here from the US at least once a year to relax and recharge. And pop through the privacy hedge and you are smack in the middle of wonderful Broadway with its restaurants and shops. We spent time in London for Chelsea Flower Show then took advantage of Abbots Grange's heliport to make the 30-minute trip from London to the hotel door. Perfect!"

Crown and Trumpet Inn ★★★
"My partner and I decided having had a drink the previous day in the Crown & Trumpet that we would finish off our fantastic week’s holiday at this Classic traditional old style pub with a meal on the Sunday evening.. the atmosphere is truly something from the past.. the bar staff on both visits were first class with a great selection of fine local ales and beers. Our meals were absolutely superb, tasty, well presented and good value for money. The waiter service was on the whole very good although the two very polite lads on duty spent much of our visit whipping each other with tea towels, at times very intense and although I thought boys will be boys it was clear to see that several of the diners were finding the whole experience very annoying and very unpleasant. I saw the barmaid on several occasions have words with them which clearly went on deaf ears.. I would have giving my review a 5 star plus had it not been for this unnecessary behaviour.. unfortunately we had witnessed similar misbehaving on our previous visit but tonight was excessive. Hopefully words will be said and the individuals will be spoken too. I would definitely recommend this pub, which by all account has great accommodation too"
