"The staff were mostly extremely helpful. Not realising we had a budget room, I asked an older receptionist for extra towels as our shower had no screen or curtain. It was impossible to shower without the bathroom flooding. I have never been spoken to so rudely. It spoiled our 3 day stay. Cleaning staff were fantastic."

"The facility was old but that shouldn’t be an excuse for dirty. The kitchen was poorly equiped. The bed was like a banana with pillows that resembled marshmallows. The service was appalling; there was never anybody at reception when you needed assistance. When you asked for items like kitchen cutlery and dish clothes, they never materialised. We were charged for three nights but only stayed for two and told it was because we booked through ***********. Really!!! Run for your life."
