"The rooms were excellent, clean and well appointed and also very comfortable so once we were in there were no complaints however: 1 - The rooms weren't ready at 4pm and we needed to check in and get back out again to go to the Taylor Swift concert which led to a delay. The remote receptionist did call us back and get one room ready for us to enable us to change which was appreciated. The second room wasn't ready until after 6pm 2 - The digital key system didn't work for us, we were able to speak to remote reception to get key cards validated without any problems but it would have been nice if this service had worked"

"My teenagers and I loved this hotel. It is superb value for money. As many have already mentioned, the airport bus stops close by, the subway and supermarket is also within easy reach. The room is cleaned daily. We loved the self service coffee and hot chocolate, as well as pastries. My daughter loved watching daily sunrise at the rooftop terrace. It was slightly inconvenient that we had to climb from level 5 to 6 as the lift stops on level 5, and we had a lot of luggage, but no biggie. The room was spacious (we are 3 pax) but a tad cold for us who came from the tropics. When I gave feedback about this, I was given an extra radiator for the room. We loved the breakfast. There was a lot of variety it's amazing. And also delicious. As we were travelling near Christmas, we did not realise the hotel was going to close for the holidays on the day we check out. We had intended to leave our luggage at the hotel before taking the bus to catch a flight, but found out that we had to be back by 2pm which was unexpected and we had to adjust our plans. I'd suggest this communicated early on during check in so as guests won't find their plans affected at the last minute. All in all, we enjoyed the hotel very much, and would be happy to stay here again."

"Checking in late at night can be a bit tricky. However, the staff are very helpful. It's a little far from the center of Stockholm, but it's not too far from the nearest station, so it's not too inconvenient. There are hardly any shops nearby, so be careful about bringing food with you at night."

"We got a family room and it was indeed a large space. The breakfast was great and the sauna too. We staywd here to visit our friend in Bromma. It was extremely clean and I was impressed."

"We had a memorial service for my husband in Åkeshov castle. We had left exact requests about what should be served with coffee. Those wishes were not fulfilled and the cake (which was with loads of whipped cream which we had said no to) was also running out - and it did. The last drop was the incorrect invoice which was about five times as high as it should have been - we received someone else's invoice. Not so much that went right."
