We had a fantastic stay. The cabin had everything we needed in a quiet location. We were greeted by 3 deer as we parked. We were able to walk to the lighthouse. Aaron was an awesome host that helped us plan our hikes & activities & had terrific suggestions for us. I highly recommend Lighthouse Cabins.

Exceeded our expectations Aaron was such a personable host. He took the time to provide us food recommendations and ensure that we were comfortable. Such a cozy cabin! We would not only recommend but if ever back in the area we would definitely stay there again

Beautiful Cabin on Mount Desert Island We wanted for nothing. Anything that you could think of that you needed was available in the cabin when we arrived. I don't think we could have had a more comfortable stay. We were in walking distance of the Light House which was a godsend because there were long lines to get into the parking lot and parking was limited to 15 minutes.

Property was very nice and clean. Just 3 cabins on site so a small establishment. The owner/manger seemed nice. There were pastries etc for breakfast but we had bagels with us which we toasted in the toaster in the cabin and had with some nice hot coffee. The roon was mostly well appointed. The bed was a bit soft for us but others may like it. Best part is you can walk to the lighthouse which makes great sense during sunset times.

Very cute private cabin with a small kitchen. Very nice host upon checking in showed us all the property including the common room with washer/dryer and small arcade. It was great for us but would be perfect for a family as well. And was just a 15 minute walk to the lighthouse which made it much easier to visit rather than sit in traffic driving there.

Quaint, quiet, quality Loved our stay at Lighthouse Cabins Maine - the hosts are friendly and knowledgeable about things to see and do in the area and how to navigate some of the more crowded spots. Comfortable and clean cabin, easy access to hiking, National Park, Bar Harbor. We would absolutely stay again.

We could not have enjoyed our stay anymore, and we would love to return in the future! The cabin is fresh, colorful, and clean, and it had everything we needed. Aaron was very kind with his time and his knowledge of the local scene, especially his sight-seeing tips. We very much enjoyed the quieter side of this island!

Great Little Getaway What an adorable and quaint little cabin! It has everything you could need and is in the perfect location, close to many nature trails and Acadia National Park. The owners are very friendly and knowledgeable, giving great tips on where to go and not go on the island. The common area is a nice touch as well. Will definitely be coming back the next time we are in Maine.
