No cold or hot water can drink, I don’t like drink water in bathroom. I know need to pay 6 euros city tax but I pax 15 euros in fact.

The location was incredible! Very close to everything in the city center. If you’re wondering if you should spend extra on the canal view… DO IT! It’s so nice to sit in the window and gaze out

The location is excellent, no doubt about it. But if you can choose something else, please do. They put me in a room on the first floor, which felt like sleeping on the street. I had to keep the curtains drawn every day, otherwise everyone could see right into my room. There was no hairdryer; it cost 5 euros per use. Besides, the staff goes home after noon, so you can't use it even if you want to. The room was damp and cold, and the heating was automatic, only turning on below 20 degrees Celsius. Shower gel and shampoo were not provided and had to be purchased separately. When I booked, it averaged around 140 euros per night, which I thought wasn't cheap, but I was really disappointed. Overall, it was really terrible.

No air conditioning. Simple rooms. The sink feels like it's in a ship's room. No soap or toiletries. Weak breakfast. Very good location for the price.

Ideal location, not very well maintained structure, basic breakfast.

The hotel is located near the river bank. There is a free shuttle bus stop for Bruges in front of the door. It is located near the city hall and the famous Bruges Clock Tower. The surrounding environment is very quiet! The hotel adopts self-service check-in, Breakfast is included in the price! The room is not big and the thickened mattress is very comfortable, but the small bathroom space is a drawback!
