I am writing to formally express my deep concern and disappointment regarding a highly unprofessional interaction I experienced when contacting your hotel earlier today at approximately 2:30 PM. I called with the intention of presenting a serious and potentially very profitable business proposal, based on my previous work in Qatar with members of the royal family and a medical-wellness concept that I believe could bring significant value to your establishment. When I politely requested to speak with the manager in order to introduce the purpose of my call, the gentleman who answered the phone responded in an extremely discourteous and dismissive manner. Before I was even given the opportunity to explain the nature of my proposal, he abruptly ended the call. Assuming the disconnection might have been accidental, I called again, only to have the phone deliberately hung up on me a second time. Such behavior is not only unprofessional, but also damaging to the image and reputation of your hotel. Denying potential partners the basic courtesy of communication reflects a serious lack of professionalism, respect, and business awareness. Preventing a caller from even stating the purpose of their inquiry eliminates opportunities that could contribute to the hotel's growth and long-term profitability. I sincerely hope that the appropriate action will be taken to address this matter, as this type of conduct does not align with the standards of excellence expected from a reputable hotel.
