Garni Schorneck ★★★
"A simple hotel, a quiet and distinctive place, and the staff there are distinguished and cooperative."
Falkensteiner Hotel Kronplatz - the Leading Hotels of the World ★★★★★
"This hotel was genuinely amazing, loved the food and the half board is SO worth it. Spa was awesome though it’s weird how Europeans walk around with their bits out in mixed baths. Kids under 14 aren’t allowed in the bath and sauna areas for this reason but yeah, be warned if that is a deal breaker."
Am Schloss Guest House ★★★
"Excellent room in the center of Brunico, very convenient for the pedestrian street. The rooms (4) are connected to the street by a lift that opens onto the main street. The room is clean, tidy and spacious, as is the bathroom. There is no breakfast, but there is a coffee machine with free pods and a shared refrigerator for storing food. I would say very good. I recommend it."
Hotel Goldene Rose ★★★
"Nice, roomie, clean room. Nice staff. Delicious breakfas. The only down side is parking: we got parking spot few streets away in an uderground parking facility wich was sceary."
Hotel Post Alpine Cityflair ★★★★
"Room was clean today and spacious. Shower was powerful and hot. Gym and spa well maintained and relaxing. Staff friendly. Bar attached to hotel was lovely did not eat in there. Missed breakfast as left early so can’t comment. Good location and next to bus stop Just needed a tea/coffee in room would have been amazing. There is a fridge"
Hotel Rudolf ★★★★
"great hotel! phenomenal and friendly staff ❤️❤️ excellent food! the location of the hotel is excellent organized transportation to the cable car throughout the day wellness and spa is excellent, sauna..... in short, a hotel for 10 (not for 5 stars 😉 )"
Majestic - Unique Spa Resort ★★★★
"Das Majestic is located just outside Riscone, near Brunico, in front of the golf course/sport area that in winter turns into a cross country loop. The Kronplatz ski-lifts are close and an excellent shuttle service is provided by the hotel. The rooms are very spacious and nicely decorated, however in a somehow classic/outdated style. Cleanness is very good and the amenities supply adequate, even though the lack of proper tea/coffee facilities came as a surprise and the charge of Eur 1 for a coffee pod leaves a bitter taste. The food offer is excellent, the breakfast amply caters for all tastes and the afternoon breakfast is generous both in quantity and time availability. The dinner consists of a 4-course meal of mostly sophisticated cuisine, even though occasionally some below-par dish appears. Service is excellent and kind. The spa and wellness area are amongst the main attractions of Das Majestic, and indeed it offers a good variety of adequately sized saunas and steam baths, an indoor and outdoor swimming pool and few comfortable relax areas, plus a decent gym. There is also a great outdoor sauna with a small lake and an amazing jacuzzi, unfortunately without a proper relax area, replaced though by a cosy hut with a fireplace. The only shortcoming of the spa area is the lack of ready-available towels. Das majestic has also a very well equipped game area with most of the games available for free, only few surprisingly require a coin to be played. The hotel also has a Guest Club and offers some discounts that however seem impossible to use at check-out and come across more as marketing tools than actual vouchers! All in all an excellent hotel and highly recommended: it is ranked 4-star superior but it is definitely close to a 5-star than a 4-star hotel!"
Hotel Blitzburg ★★★
"We booked as part of a package with Sunweb, so quite a lengthy and expensive transfer from Innsbruck (yes in Austria, but closer to Kronplatz than Italian airports). What is normally a 90 minute transfer, was exacerbated by the weekend traffic and the lane restrictions on the Brenner Pass. But we really wanted to try skiing at Kronplatz, and we're so glad we chose this hotel for our base. Blitzberg shows modestly as a 3 star rating. But rooms, facilities, decor and food were as good as any 4 star we've stayed at in Austria. The Baumgartner family run a very efficient operation. The waitresses were really hard working and always friendly. The steak tartare, prepared at the table, seemed to be the locals' favourite. Quite a range of nationalities at the hotel. South Tyrol has two competing languages, 65% speak German, the rest mainly Italian. So you'd never know which language to select. The varied skiing at Kronplatz was fabulous. Lovely long easy blues at the top, efficient and modern lifts, and contrastingly, long and testing reds and blacks right down to the bottom. Good snow making and north facing slopes meant good conditions. But despite making a 1,000m descent from top to bottom without stopping, I had nothing on Herr Baumgartner himself. Whilst not a renowned skier, he operates the shuttle minibus to and from the slopes for his guests. I reckon that had he not gone into the hotel trade, he could have made a great racing driver! Lively apres ski scene at the base of the Reitschach gondolas. Good value mountain restaurants. The Kron self service has portion sizes that you'd tend to see on 'Man v Food'. Bruneck a lovely town. Will definitely come again."
Hotel Krondlhof ★★★
"We found the 3* Hotel Krondlhof an excellant base for our ski week in the Kronplatz area. The rooms are of a good size and well equipted, both the buffet breakfast and 3 course evening meal with a vegitarian option were excellant. There is a small swimming pool and a sauna, good sized ski and boot room with boot dryers. The hotel also provides a free shuttle bus service to and from the main ski lift. The staff were very friendly and helpful we would certainly use the hotel again in the future."

Hotel Winkler Sport & Spa Resort
"We had a wonderful holiday with superb food, a wealth of facilities in the spa and outstanding service from a very professional staff. The kindness and courtesy of the staff makes this a hotel to return to year after year. This was our 4th holiday in a winkler hotel and we are already planning our next one."
Residence Tantalus
Royal Hotel Hinterhuber
"We loved everything about this place: rooms, service, food, lstaff, ocation, pools, spaciousness, surroundings, views, peacefullness... we felt like a part of this Royal family! !A definite recommendation for holidays in Dolomites! Would be coming back again..."
Hotel Reipertingerhof
"I was at Reipertingerhof from 4 to 8 March with my husband and we were very good. The hotel is very close to the uplifting facilities and a comfortable ship service is provided for uplifting facilities to the Plan de Corones (which are, however, About 200 metres from the hotel). On the morning the shipping service is active from 8.30 to 10.30 and, when returning, afternoon, between 15.00 and 17.00. However, with my husband, one day, we realized that they waited for us out Riscone for a lunch with friends And that we should have gone back to the hotel at 13.00 a.m. to be present at lunch and the owners' daughter has gently offered to come to pick us up at 13.00 to avoid going back to the hotel with shoes and skis at our feet. A extra service, therefore, and a kindness that we really appreciated! The spa, then, is very clean and in our time is not too frequented: I advise! With regard to the kitchen, we really eat very well: The chef always delighted us with good and even well presented dishes and also in the hotel they organized a gala dinner with excellent prelibateties on Thursday evening and a very varied and tasteful appetite on Saturday evening. The breakfast is good and varies, and then the plus of the afternoon merenda, usually a soup that can certainly enjoy at the back of the tracks! The service at the table has always been provided in a very friendly climate. Good choice of wines. It is a hotel that is to be recommended."
