Overall, we had a good stay at the hotel. The location was very convenient, making it easy to get around and access nearby places. The breakfast was also good, with a decent variety of options. Overall, a pleasant experience and good value for the stay.

The location was good, close to Brussels North Station and a shopping mall. Although the facilities and room were old, they were kept clean. However, it wasn't very comfortable; the curtains only closed halfway, and I was woken up in the middle of the night by the person snoring in the next room.

The location was fantastic! There was an airport bus stop nearby, and we could walk to the train station to visit Bruges, Ghent, and Antwerp. The hotel has two buildings, #1 and #2. Building #1 seemed to be the original, but we stayed in #2, and it wasn't the best environment. The rooms were packed closely together, the hallway had an unpleasant smell, and it was noisy outside the window. There was no refrigerator, and it was a hassle having to ring a bell to get the hotel's glass door opened every time we wanted to enter or leave. However, for the price, it was comfortable and safe, so we're grateful for that!

Excellent hotel in the north of the city, conveniently located right next to where Flixbus coaches depart for Amsterdam. The hotel itself is clean and pleasant, with daily housekeeping and polite staff. They're also quite selective about who they let into the hotel.

The location of the hotel is great, and the rooms are very spacious. However, the hotel itself is quite old. One of the lights kept flickering, and there weren't many power outlets. The shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom came in tiny tubes, no larger bottles. If you're staying in the area, I'd recommend the newer Thon Hotel across the street instead.

I was in Brussels for a conference, staying a total of 5 nights for both work and leisure. The room rate averaged out to 1000 per night. The hotel's location is excellent, right near Rogier metro station and very close to Gare du Nord (North Station), though due to safety concerns, taking the metro is recommended. It's about a 20-minute walk to Grand Place and other attractions. Honestly, the room wasn't new, but it was exceptionally clean, and the window view was nice. My only complaint is the constant sirens from police cars and ambulances on Botanique street, which were quite loud. The overall service attitude at the hotel was great. I left something behind when I checked out and came back to look for it; they diligently helped me search, and I eventually found it. A hotel can significantly improve one's impression of a city, and my very positive impression of Brussels is largely thanks to this hotel.

Nice and clean hotel. A little dated (or rustic you might say). Cannot comment on the food as didn’t eat there but the beds were clean and comfy and the shower was good.

The hotel was alright, and the staff were really good. The room was average, and no problems with it. Sometimes the hallway did smell at times, and the hotel does look old. The location is fine, but be careful at night as the area can be rough. The breakfast was alright, and the coffee/hot chocolate was amazing!

Very old/ run down amenities (leaking faucet, clogged sink and the fan was very old and super noisy so i could barely use it) and the pillows were super stiff and uncomfortable. The lights in my room flickered every now and then and the whole hotel smells like mildew. Nice staff, decent location and the room was very quiet but besides that i don't recommend this hotel.

Everything is so perfect. The hotel is just 2min walking from Rogier station, i choose this hotel because it is closed to flexibus station. You may walk to nearby attractions too.

The bathroom sink didn't drain very well, and the curtains weren't installed properly, so they didn't block out the light completely. However, the location is great and convenient, so I'd recommend it if you're not too picky about minor details.
