An older building with a fresh renovation. The room is quite small. It's reasonably clean, though showing some signs of wear and tear. We were assigned a room right in front of the elevator. Every day, dirty linen carts and garbage from housekeeping were left right outside our door, which was quite upsetting.

The location is decent, right above Cardo Brussels and very close to Grand Place. The front desk staff were very friendly. However, once we got to the room, we found it was tiny, not as spacious as shown in the pictures at all. It definitely wasn't 18 square meters, and there was no window view.

The jungle-themed decor is quite lovely, and the room is nice. The staff are helpful. It's very well located, 15 minutes from the Grand Place and a 45-minute walk from Gare du Midi. The breakfast was excellent and served in a beautiful dining room. I couldn't find any faults.
