Will never stay in this hotel again. It’s horrible! The housekeeper here opens my door without my permission and does it couple of times in a day. She also rushed me out of my room just so she can clean up by 12pm. When i clearly told her i’m leaving tomorrowland at 1pm only.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights and truly enjoyed our stay. The atmosphere was very peaceful and safe, and our room was spotless, clean, and well organized. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help. They gave us great recommendations, not only about the hotel but also about local food and the best places to visit in Brussels. A special thank you to Esther🫶, who handled our check-in. She was so warm, friendly, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. I also highly recommend trying the breakfast buffet. It offers an amazing variety of delicious, high-quality food, and everything was fresh and beautifully presented. It was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. We had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again. I hope you choose this hotel too and enjoy your stay as much as we did!

Great location if you are looking for shopping with all the luxury brands just opposite to the hotel. You can almost just skip the gym (which is one of my primary requirements) We stayed in a garden suit, room size and layout are very good, central air condition need improvement especially the master room. Overall I still recommend their suit for the price & space.
