No Kettles provided, also basic necessity is not provided, even though the hair dryer is broken, very disappointed

The hotel was nice and clean .. though a little far from train station and city centre… but overall stay was good.

Average hotel with standard facilities, it is what you pay for.

No air conditioning in the room, bloody hot. It does say that you have air conditioning in the room. It doesn't work either and you can't turn it on because it is centrally controlled and that's not the period for that. :( And only 2 towels in the room. Breakfast certainly not worth € 18,-!

Top staff but our room was located towards the main road, just above the gas station. so there was noise during the night (motorcycle, ambulance...). The hotel is well located for the exhibition areas and the atomium. However, we are far from the center and no supermarket nearby, which is a shame.

Top notch hotel staff and customer service. In addition, I had a pleasant stay. Nothing to complain about the room. I will stay in this hotel again if I come back to this area in Brussels.

The hot water pipe would suddenly flow out black water, which would disappear after a while, which was disgusting. The water temperature was high and low, and I jumped up because of the scalding. There were people who brought their dogs to stay, and the dogs were still barking after 10 o'clock in the evening. It was a very bad stay experience.
