The staff provided good service, especially at the restaurant in the morning. However, the carpet in the room was quite dirty and seemed like it hadn’t been changed for a long time. The mattress was okay and comfortable enough, and the bathroom was fine. The only downside was the dirty carpet, which made the whole room look unclean. The breakfast was decent — not very diverse, but it included the main items that should be there.

Super close to Grand Palace Square, all restaurants and the metro station Bourse/Beur. Very generous all you can eat breakfast, very good hotel indeed!

Terrible smells very bad first and cleaning 😪 carpet dirty n 3 star ever now I move to 2 star chipper and nice hotel and the price half 123e never

Good location but difficult to go hotel by taxi . close to all tourist places and Central training station by walking . But Hotel quite old and close to restaurant which may noisy during night time .

Very good centrally located hotel just 2 minutes walk to the Grand Place and 8 minutes to Brussels Central railway station. Tons of cafés and restaurants around.
