10mins walking distance from Brussels Central train station. Due to road construction, the hotel was being obscured hence we took a while to locate it when we first arrived. However, the room was spacious and bed was very comfy. Once we get our bearings, we were walking to and from from the Unesco Old Town with a wide variety of eateries to choose from.

The hotel is clean and tidy, and its location near the central train station is convenient for reaching nearby restaurants and cafes. The breakfast is quite good, and the staff are friendly. However, the soundproofing could be better.

The hotel's location is excellent; it's a short walk from the central train station, right next to the cathedral, and within walking distance of all the main attractions. The room was very clean, and I appreciated the welcome chocolates left on the bed on my first day. The entire hotel is tastefully decorated; I particularly loved every piece of art on display. Even the hotel's signature scent was lovely.

Excellent room, and the front desk staff were fantastic! The hotel even gave us some delicious complimentary chocolates. The room size was quite generous for a European hotel, and its location right by the station made getting around incredibly convenient.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely terrible. After checking in and leaving my luggage in the room, I went out shopping. Two hours later, I got a message from my colleague, who had also booked a room here: the front desk had given her my room card and let her enter my room—we had clearly reserved two separate rooms. This incident made me seriously doubt the hotel’s ability to protect guests’ property safety. It turned out that the front desk had confused us because our names are similar. What’s worse, I didn’t receive any apology from the hotel. When I returned in the evening, the front desk staff was extremely arrogant, claiming it was a coworker’s mistake and had nothing to do with him, and even said the matter was already resolved and I shouldn’t make a fuss about it. In short, this is a hotel that offers no guarantee whatsoever for guests’ safety.

Excellent location, a few minutes walk from Central Station and just next to the Cathedral. The room was clean and you got everything you needed.

The hotel’s location was excellent, right next to the city center, and it was a very safe area. The room was very clean and everything was thoughtfully arranged. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly. They welcomed us in the room with Belgian chocolate. If I ever come to Brussels again, I will definitely choose the same hotel.

Very welcoming staff making sure visitors are pleasant with their stays. Amenities in room are of good quality.

Could not have asked for a better location in Brussels! Just around the corner from Mannekin de pis and The Grand Place, neighbouring a beautiful cathedral and lots of places to eat and drink around the area 🧇🍫🍺🍟🥨 The room was excellent ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. We enjoyed using the complimentary products, dressing gowns and slippers. Mini-bar also available with free bottles of water. Bed was super comfy and the walk-in shower was brilliant.

The room was clean and the location is great, within 5 mins to hotel from central station. Also the staff were nice and helpful who shared some restaurants and chocolate shops to us.
