我們定了兩間房，整體都不滿意，看圖片還可以，但是實際情況並沒有那麼好，衞生不太好，服務業一般，不像是四星酒店。

酒店位置很好，在市中心，離布魯塞爾廣場步行十分鐘。有自己的停車場，停車需要密碼才能進去，所以需要在前台先登記才能停車。酒店早餐很棒。

I booked this thinking it was a five-star hotel, but upon arrival discovered it’s actually a four-star. There was no one to assist with luggage and no concierge service, though the reception staff were able to help when needed. Check-in is officially at 16:00, but they did allow us to access the room at 15:00, which was appreciated. However, the hotel itself feels very old and outdated, and in my opinion, needs improvements.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The facilities are very wheelchair-friendly.
Special thanks to the front staff, especially ADAM (hope I got the name right!), for being so kind and helpful—assisting with train reservations to Bruges and recommending excellent restaurants. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the stay created unforgettable memories for my 81-year-old mother’s birthday. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Brussels.

因為酒店的名字，我本來以為是有比較大氣的入口，抵達後有點小失落，旋轉門小小的，酒店有點陳舊。前台的接待人員態度偏冷淡，拿了門卡後，看到了Junior Suite,的確跟攜程上評論一致，房間在歐洲來説算是非常大的，左邊是小客廳，右邊是200cm的大床。房間乾凈整齊，床墊柔軟適中。窗外景色不算是有景色。步行即可到達幾個布魯塞爾的景點，但周圍的環境非常普通。早餐我最喜歡水果區，加了檸檬汁薄荷葉的桃子，藍莓和樹莓等，都特別好吃。離店時，禮賓區開始活絡。可能布魯塞爾比較慢熱。最喜歡大尺寸的大床，可以一家人3人擠在一起。

Very classic feel, no solid curtains inside the bathroom, a bit small bedroom and very dark at the corridors. But location is ok.
