There's a regular shuttle service from Level E at the airport to the hotel, taking about 10 minutes. However, the only thing close to the hotel is a train station, and the nearest convenience store is a 10-minute walk! If you arrive after 10 PM, everything else is closed, and the limited snacks from the hotel's small shop won't be enough to fill you up.

A clean and new hotel. The only downside was the single elevator.

The room is nice and clean but some of the staffs at the recieption are a little bit rude. Just a little bit. But overall is good. Next to train station and airport but a little bit too quiet around the neighbourhood. Going on a trip with a group of friends feel more at ease. (Just personal opinion)

Everything was very clean. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, and the airport transfer staff were friendly. The only minor issue was the waitress, who was a bit unpleasant when providing service.

A very bad experience. I hung the “Room Cleaning Requested” sign on the door, but my room wasn’t cleaned that day. The next day, there was no cleaning sign hung on the door, yet someone came in to tidy the room, but the daily necessities weren’t refilled. On the third day, I was due to check out at 12:00 noon, but at 8:00 in the morning, someone unlocked the door and tried to come in. Then at 10:00, the door was opened directly and someone entered the room, which really scared me. I couldn’t sleep the whole morning, fearing that a stranger might break in. This is the first time I’ve ever stayed in a hotel where someone repeatedly opens the door on their own. I reported this to the front desk, and they said it might have been the cleaning staff, but I was already so frightened. This hotel made me feel very unsafe and is really not suitable for women traveling alone.

Overall, my stay was excellent. The only aspect that fell short was the television, as it was not a smart TV. In this day and age, having access to platforms like YouTube or Netflix is expected in a hotel room, and the lack of it made the in-room experience somewhat less enjoyable.

This is a reputable brand hotel with spacious rooms. The location is incredibly convenient, with a train station right downstairs providing easy access to the city. The hotel staff were also exceptional; when a minor issue arose with our room, they promptly arranged for us to switch to a new one.

Very nice stay and the location is nice to travel around the city as it’s near the airport it is convenient for travelling abroad

Free shuttle is the key service I'm attracted to. But the shuttle missed 1 timing and we waited for an hour. Pls remember to contact hotel in advance for shuttle. Hotel is good and clean. If without shuttle, need to take train and it's just across the station.

Nice hotel for transit and nearby airport. I’m so happy to stay for 2 nights here and the staffs so kind and friendly.
