"Caroline and David are warm and welcoming hosts who went above and beyond to make our stay in Bruton thoroughly enjoyable. They had a wealth of knowledge about the local area and countless recommendations for places to visit, restaurants to try and local walks. The room is cosy with everything you'd need for a short break. Caroline makes lovely flapjacks which you'll (hopefully) get to try if you stay here. Breakfast is left by your door each morning; a wicker basket containing yoghurts, jams, fruits, croissants and homemade muesli for the ultimate breakfast in bed. Speaking of which, the bed is incredibly comfortable and you probably won't want to get out of it! Turks Hall is a lovely place to stay in the charming town of Bruton."

"Unfortunately, my recent stay at this hotel did not meet expectations. I experienced poor customer service at reception by a lady called Mel. I felt my concerns were not listened to properly, and the attitude I encountered lacked professionalism. As a guest, I expect to feel valued and respected, which sadly was not the case. I hope management can address this and provide better customer service training. Room was clean and location of the hotel is a bonus."

"Placed in a brick single story bedroom come lounge . Very grubby carpet. Vertical blinds hanging from runners. Area generally in poor repair. Hot and and cold tap in bathroom constantly running. Garden view. (REALLY) £83 No breakfast. Reception no real interest and the garden cafe closed at 1600, despite being told it would offer some simple foodstuffs and drinks. Forget it. Spa users some were very rude and clearly guest staying over were well done the list.."

"Excellent room and shower room facilities, including an iron and fan in room. Comfy bed. Quiet bedroom annex, considering the proximity of the Inn to a busy road. Breakfast was decent, although scrambled eggs were more like an omelette. Excellent value."
