After moving, I joined a local tour, so I arrived early and left my luggage, and checked in late at night, but all the staff who helped me were very kind. In particular, a lovely female staff member always greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel truly glad I chose this hotel. I didn't use the breakfast, but there's a cafe in the lobby where you can relax. Although it's a bit far from the city center, it's very conveniently located near the station for transfers to the airport.

This is a good budget hotel for a modest getaway. The rooms are small but clean, and the staff are polite and always ready to help. It's convenient that the train station and metro are nearby, making it very easy to get to the main attractions. The breakfasts are quite decent, especially considering the price of the stay. If you're not looking for luxury and just want a comfortable place to sleep while spending most of your time exploring Bucharest, then Hello Hotel is an excellent option for value for money.

The location is super convenient (within walking distance of the station where the airport train arrives). The room was clean, no strange smells, and while the decor was modest, it had all the amenities you need, including a comfortable mattress. The front desk is open 24/7.

The room was spacious and clean. I also liked that the toilet and shower were separate. The breakfast was a buffet with a good variety and taste!
