Novotel Bucharest City Centre

The rooms were clean, the service was good, and the location was excellent – convenient for getting everywhere. We requested extra items like toothbrushes, bath towels, and shower caps, and they were delivered very quickly. The shower facilities were excellent and very convenient, with strong water pressure. However, we booked two rooms for two people, and the front desk's information showed each room was for two people, so they arranged twin rooms that couldn't be changed.

I travel for business a lot and often book hotels from this brand. My only complaint is the late check-in time... It would be much better if they could be more flexible with check-in when there are available rooms, especially after a long flight.

This accommodation is an excellent choice for its cleanliness, service, amenities, and staff. It's in a great location, just a 5-minute walk from the old town.

The wonderful receptionist (who spoke a little Russian) created a fantastic mood. The hotel itself is perfectly located. The waitress in the restaurant during the day was an amazing professional in service and hospitality. Overall, I really liked it. There's always some youthful buzz in the evenings. We'll definitely stay here again.

The toilet and shower room are separate, so if you want to wash your hands, you have to go to a different room. There's no bottled water in the room; you have to get it from the water dispenser in the hallway. I was on the 12th floor, and the water dispenser was broken, but no one answered when I called, so I had to go to the 11th floor to get water.
