On the first night, we had to change rooms because there was a constant drip from the ceiling. They kindly moved us to another room. Unfortunately, they didn't replenish the shower gel or shampoo, and they didn't make the bed. On the day of departure, we left two suitcases at the hotel's left luggage. An employee asked us what time we would be picking them up. We told him around 6 PM, and he replied, “Good, because then there's a staff shift change.” A surprising response.

Perfect base for a city trip to Bucharest! I stayed in a small single room. The room is indeed compact, but incredibly clean! It's thoroughly cleaned every day, and the tea bags and toiletries are also neatly refilled daily. The location is absolutely top-notch: the hotel is on a wonderfully quiet street, yet just a stone's throw away from the vibrant Old Town. This allows you to perfectly enjoy a night out and still get a good, peaceful night's sleep. The mattress is of very good quality; I slept wonderfully. A real recommendation for solo travelers!

Great location, more a 4 star than a 5 - single room looked a bit tired and there was a problem with their shower room ( the floor had a slant towards the hallway which meant the carpet got wet and felt cheap ). Take a walk on the first floor and have breakfast in their dining room if you can. It’s got an air of old Bucharest. Traditional place with lots of history! And a friendly price - at least when I went, I got lucky! :)

I was really satisfied with the Casa Capsa Hotel.It is centrally located, very clean, the interior is elegant, old world style and lovely, the staff is helpful and polite.The breakfast is delicious with a good variety. I will stay here whenever I return to Bucharest.Highly recommended to other travelers,too.

The hotel consideres 5 starts but its not more than 2 star actually!!!! Breakfast is ******** almost nothing for 20€!!!!! No room service after noon. I do not recommens it at all.

Very nice hotel with extensive history. Great central location.

Location of hotel is good, right near Old Town, room size is fine, breakfast standard European breakfast, hotel has no restaurant of its own but there are restaurants near by plus convenience stores across the street. The one single issue is the WiFi at the hotel is really bad; however, when I brought this matter up at the front desk, the gentleman at the Reception was kind enough to lend me a router, and the issue was resolved.

A very centrally located hotel with the charm of 21st-century Viennese hotels. Excellent and comfortable service. The café and chocolate shop are among the best in Bucharest.

The hotel is centrally located and has spacious rooms furnished with vintage furniture. Some of the furniture needs maintenance. The air conditioning is noisy. The doorman gave incorrect information about the parking lot in front of the hotel. Breakfast had a wide variety.
