Blue Door Retreat - a home in Tartesso, Buckeye, AZ

The house, yard, and pool were exceptionally clean. Hanging out in the pool was a great way to spend a hot Arizona day. We did not see much of the surrounding area as we just hung out with Family. We had not seen in a long time and barbecued with the provided grill.

The Blue Door Retreat was not just clean,comfy and well appointed; it was fun. The house being in Tartesso was perfect for us as we were visiting family there. The pool turned our 7 year old grand daughter into the mermaid she was sure she was. We loved our stay and will hopefully be able to stay in the future. It set a new bar for hospitality.

Blue Door Retreat worked perfectly for our time in Buckeye. The home was spacious and beautifully decorated. Scott & Glenda responded clearly and quickly to any questions we had concerning the property. The surrounding area had a sports area where you could walk or get food from the nightly food trucks - fun! Great place to stay and would love to stay there again!

Very nice house, we had plenty of room for 4 adults. House was very clean. There was great communication with the owner. We really enjoyed the pool as there was record breaking temperatures for Phoenix while we were there. There were plenty of towels and linens for everyone.

Scott and Glenda were quick to address any problems. Even when I clogged the garbage disposal! The home and patio were pristine and spacious. Furniture was comfy. We felt like we were at a 5 star resort. We stayed for 4 weeks and had a wonderful time. Only 15 minutes for gas, groceries and restaurants in Buckeye. Enjoyed as many restaurants as we could. Make sure you check out the beautiful metal art for sale down the road. We would definitely stay again next time we go to Arizona.

Beautiful backyard and pool! Even on cooler January days, it was a great place for that first cup of coffee in the morning, and lovely relaxing in the backyard in the afternoon! The house was comfortable, attractively decorated, and stocked with everything we needed! Glenda and Scott were welcoming and helpful, responding quickly when we had questions! We enjoyed our month there!

Beautiful, spacious, clean, and well stocked!!! Hosts left nothing up to chance- games, coffee, toiletries all provided and much appreciated!

Lovely property, nice that they had snacks upon arrival since we got in late. Well equipped and the bed was very comfortable.

The home and area were lovely. Surprisingly quiet and peaceful.
