The accommodations featured a comfortable bed, welcoming staff, and an excellent, separately served breakfast provided by highly accommodating and efficient personnel. My eggs were prepared precisely to my specifications. Thank you to Farouk, Rosie, and the entire team.

Everyone was so kind to me, very welcoming and answered all my questions with a big smile always! The rooms were clean and comfortable and I never felt unsafe. If you have never been there then everyone will help you find whatever you need! The staff is amazing, the location too, there are a lot of restaurants near! I will definitely return there! Thank you very much!

Best Premier Inn I have ever stayed at. Nihal and the staff at reception were welcoming, lovely and really made this place so special. On phoning prior to our stay a lady member of staff was so informative and helpful. She was on reception on our arrival on Sunday 23rd March and made us feel so welcome. The rooms were immaculate and we had a lovely breakfast available. My daughter was having an audition with East 15 acting school and it was a very long day. Although I needed to vacate the room at 12 and couldn’t accompany my daughter, staff were happy for me to leave my luggage so that I could explore the area. So lovely. Taxis were booked for me and my daughter separately by reception staff who were more than happy to help. Staff showed genuine interest into her progress throughout the day which made the experience very personal. Big thank you to all of them xx

Lender: That guy in the kitchen was sound. 10/10 didn’t like the others as they would watch you like a hawk. Like what am I actually doing to u??? I liked the crayons and drew some pretty pictures😝😂however the red crayon spontaneously combusted in my hands. I grieved it. Stairs are cool! 👌😚bye Tamica Food was very hawtttt 😍😘 however the staff said otherwise… they watched us feed ourselves with ur food that’s rather unappealing 🍌 rooms were top notch 👌 and so were the bathrooms, loved the purple light! I enjoyed the walk down the stairs however when I walked back to my room the automatic door wasn’t working and this was early evening 🤨 Love lender and tamica 😚🍌

We recently stayed at Premier Inn Buckhurst Hill for a weekend getaway, and we were really impressed. The standout for us was the comfort of the bed – it was incredibly cozy, and we both had such a great night's sleep. After a busy day, it was the perfect place to relax. The room was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful, which made our stay even better. We also enjoyed the breakfast in the morning, offering a nice variety. Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable stay – perfect for a couple's retreat.
