"Experience was not the best, walk in to check in, staffs were outside smoking, had to wait…. First room I was in was not the room I reserved, had to go back downstairs to check my reservation. I was placed in a second room without working toilet, room wasn’t properly cleaned, key card didn’t work when we try to enter our room, had to go downstairs again, other customers propped back door of hotel open for homeless/druggies, etc…..This hotel need safety, cleanliness reassurance …."

"Located in Philadelphia, a little far from the city. The room was cleaned every two days. I booked a twin bed, but when I checked in, I felt that the bedding on one bed was not changed. I contacted the front desk, and they quickly came to change it. The breakfast was OK. Breakfasts in American hotels are similar anyway. It's not very rich but it's enough."
