""Heated" pool : nope, enter if you want hypothermia. Tried to see if we can get used to the temp after waiting an hr of them doing nothing about it except give us different answers, but my babies' teeth were chattering. My birthday girl was so disappointed she started feeling discouraged about the whole trip. "Friendly" staff: nope (except the agent who checked us in and restaurant server), my 3 year old wanted to just climb up a few steps on the staircase and down but had a staff member say "YOU, little girl! Get down!" To the point where my 3 year old felt embarrased and started to cry. Just poor management. They just mindlessly assign guests to rooms without considering anything. Such as putting a young adult couple next to a connecting room which was ours (never requested for one) and had to have our children sleep through loud music and their moans and thumping noises. Meanwhile had a quick chat with a random guest as they complained that they requested for connecting rooms but they were placed in separate floors. Also very quick to dismiss your complaints or with clarifying on how many points were offered to us for the inconvenience. I used to work in multiple different hotels as a front desk agent, which is why for me it is clear to see that this hotel is run by poor management."

"Nice place. Yvette was great at the breakfast buffet. I needed some milk and she made sure I got cold fresh milk. Very nice lady very good at her job very personable.  Room was clean bathroom was clean. They have my favorite soap and shampoo."

"Located in Philadelphia, a little far from the city. The room was cleaned every two days. I booked a twin bed, but when I checked in, I felt that the bedding on one bed was not changed. I contacted the front desk, and they quickly came to change it. The breakfast was OK. Breakfasts in American hotels are similar anyway. It's not very rich but it's enough."
