Comfortable and clean. It's a 36-minute drive from the airport and right by the Danube River. You can walk along the river directly to the Parliament building. The service was excellent, and an early check-in was affordable at only 30 euros, which was a great deal.

Booked this place for a business trip without much thought, but it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The room facilities are quite new and the environment is very comfortable – definitely a 5-star for these two. The service and cleanliness were generally good. Even though there was a minor oversight (like not replenishing a certain item in time), it wasn't a big deal, so I'd give it a 4. Overall, it's worth the price and quite suitable for business travelers.

Excellent, excellent, excellent! Great value for money and a convenient location. The hotel is right opposite the Danube, perfect for an evening stroll. The environment is elegant, the service is attentive, and it's very clean. Highly recommended!

Not far from the river, but you'll need to park in the underground garage. Parking above ground is cheaper and more convenient, but requires a municipal permit. Breakfast was pretty standard, and the room I got had a rather poor view.

Clean, comfortable stay with very helpful staff I had a pleasant stay at the Four Points by Sheraton in Budapest. The staff were very nice and professional, and the room was clean, tidy and comfortable. I also appreciated that the wake-up call came on time, which was important for my schedule. The room had good basic facilities, including tea, coffee, water and air conditioning, all of which worked well. Reception was also very responsive: when I reported noise from a nearby room late in the evening, after midnight, they reacted quickly and handled the situation, which helped me feel looked after. The only downside was that some small amenities were not provided, such as a toothbrush, cotton pads and slippers, so it is worth bringing your own. Overall, it was a good and reliable stay, especially because of the clean room, helpful staff and quick service from reception.

Unfortunately, my stay was seriously affected by multiple housekeeping and service issues that fall well below Marriott standards. During housekeeping, my personal T-shirt was removed from my room and taken away together with used towels from other guests. It was later returned, but since it was mixed with dirty towels belonging to other guests, it became unusable due to clear hygiene contamination. Housekeeping also interfered with my personal food. I had a whole lemon that I was using for tea, placed on a hotel plate provided by the bar. The plate was removed, the lemon was handled directly by housekeeping staff, and then placed on the table next to my personal belongings, including my wristwatch. This was a serious hygiene and privacy violation. In addition, basic amenities such as shower gel and tissues were not replenished, which further reflects poor housekeeping standards. What made the situation worse was how the complaint was handled. I explicitly asked to speak with a manager, but was told he was not available. The next day, after being informed that the manager would be present, I asked again and was again told he was unavailable. Instead, a front desk agent told me that she spoke to the manager and that he refused any compensation, without ever speaking to me directly. Being repeatedly denied access to a manager and receiving a final decision indirectly is unacceptable. No proactive compensation was offered. A complimentary breakfast was provided only after I personally went to reception, complained, and explicitly requested compensation. I never agreed that breakfast would resolve the matter, yet the hotel later claimed the issue was closed. Overall, this experience involved confirmed hygiene contamination, mishandling of personal belongings, interference with personal food, and poor complaint handling. I have escalated the case to Marriott Guest Relations, as it was not resolved appropriately at the property level. I expected much better from a Marriott brand hotel.

Right by the Danube, a really comfortable location with great amenities. The breakfast was incredibly extensive. Highly recommend!

The hotel room is clean and comfortable. We chose this hotel as the location is near to the Pier where we will board our Danube cruise. The room has a nice view of the river. The hotel facilities are good, service is attentive, receptionist is helpful.

The room is fine, but be aware that check-in is after 3 PM.

There was a slight issue with the bed, but customer service was very proactive in resolving it.

Booked this for my elderly family members. If you have a car, this hotel is definitely the best choice! It's worth noting that the parking lot downstairs is not the hotel's free parking. We ended up getting a ticket for 9900 Forints.
