[Terrible customer service and system management — Avoid this hotel] Prior to my stay, I emailed the hotel and was reassured that I could remain in the same room throughout my separate bookings, only needing to visit the reception on official check-out dates. However, my key card was deactivated during my stay, locking me out. Contrary to the initial email, they actually required me to drop by the front desk every single day to refresh the key. When I raised this issue, the front desk staff refused to even check our previous email exchange. Instead, they raised their voice, persistently argued that I misunderstood, and spent forever trying to prove the hotel was right. They completely ignored the fact that I was locked out, offered zero apology, and maintained a shockingly defensive attitude. The severe lack of communication, combined with arrogant, rude, and unapologetic staff who argue with guests, made my stay extremely stressful and uncomfortable. I highly recommend avoiding this property.

The location is good and the room is pleasant. The fruits at breakfast are delicious. It was nice to have mini pancakes.

Close to the Alee shopping mall. The hotel service is excelent. The breakfast is good. The rooms are clean but a little bit dark.

Radisson hotel Budapest has not yet returned my guarantee fund. My check-in date was Oct 11 2025, I checked-out Oct 13 2025. Radisson has changed my card amounted HUF 129.704 while I paid the full amount of room charges when check-in the hotel. According to the hotel policy , the guarantee amount will be refunded when check-out or within 33 days. But until now Dec 8 2025, I have not received the refund.

A little far from the city center, the front desk is super professional and gives a good first impression of the hotel but, the cleanliness is yet seems an issue, rooms are too dusty for such a new hotel.

A 4 star hotel, however, there was no hair dryer in it. I had to call and ask for it. Secondly , the fridge in the room is not working. I asked reception that I need to store the food needs to be in the fridge. However, they asked me to check with restaurant myself, as if this is my issue.

We had three nights there and we do enjoy the breakfast. Overall good stay, it was quiet at night and you can have peace of mind. I believe this is new area as the cab is having trouble to locate us.
