My experience with this hotel was terrible. Absolutely arrogant attitude of employees. They have also charged us twice for one of the rooms and didn’t commit to the mistake. Only via the phone they have apologized and said they will fix everything, but via email they never did. During breakfast I had to ask three times for our table to be cleaned from previous people and staff was walking like they are in their sleep.

The location is excellent; although it doesn't offer direct river views, it's very close to the Danube River, just a five-minute walk. The bustling street is right downstairs. The rooms are spacious, elegant, and unique, and the staff are very welcoming, so it's highly recommended.
