Excellent location, clean rooms, and a plentiful breakfast; nothing to complain about. I would choose this hotel again next time. The price is reasonable. Breakfast is served until 11 am. I've stayed at quite a few hotels during this trip, and this is one of the better ones.

The hotel is well located near the metro and tram, just two stops from the city center. The rooms are quite small, and the faucet and shower head are poorly positioned, making showering uncomfortable. You either step on the bathtub plug, clogging the drain, or water splashes out through the shower screen. Breakfast is decent but nothing special; they could improve the juices, as they're from a machine. Overall, it's okay, but nothing remarkable.

The breakfast is good. The location is really great. The facilities are new and nice because it's been remodeled. They keep it clean, but maybe because it's on the first floor, I caught about 10 bugs in the bathroom one night.

I am attending a wedding in October in Budapest and organised 2 rooms. They cancelled due to “technical” reasons . Basically the price has gone up and they want us to cancel so they receive a bigger price . We booked this months in advance. I rang the receptionist and they confirmed the pricing has “changed” . The worst customer service I have ever received . We will not cancel from our side. Reception said I will get a call back , have not received the call. They don’t seem to realise this is urgent for us . UPDATE- after the review and numerous attempts to contact the manager directly and through booking. They cancelled my room and didn’t even tell me. When booking called them they pretended I didn’t even exist even though they messaged me first asking to cancel . The same room is now up for double the price.
