I had a terrible two nights here!!!! The service attitude was really bad. They didn't listen to customers seriously 😡😡😡
1.
Because my luggage was delayed by the airline, they were supposed to deliver it directly to the hotel. I specifically told the front desk that "I must sign for it myself to ensure the luggage is correct and to get a copy of the receipt." The front desk agreed, and I even canceled my plans to stay at the hotel for half a day waiting for it. But in the end, nobody notified me, and I didn't get the receipt. Now, my luggage has issues, and there's no one taking responsibility. When I asked the front desk, "I need to sign for it myself, where's the receipt?" They said, "Oh, we just signed for it, no copy." Then they completely ignored me and nobody took responsibility for the issue.
2. I requested a late check-out the day before I leave, so I could check out at 1 pm. This cost 5 Euro!!! But when I returned to the hostel at 12 pm, my room key couldn't open the door. I had to waste time going back to the front desk. Then, even in my room, the locker wouldn't open, so I had to go back to the front desk again. This made my whole trip very rushed, and I'm very unhappy about it.
In both cases, your staff showed no apologies or compensation. So, I don't recommend this hotel at all. It made my entire Budapest trip very unpleasant.

因為我的行李被航空公司延誤抵達
航空公司會直接寄到旅館
我特別告訴櫃檯說
「一定要讓我自己簽收
我要確保行李正確跟要拿簽收單副本」
櫃檯也跟我答應我了
並且我還取消行程
整個半天都待在旅館
結果!!!!
最後還是沒有人通知我!!!
然後我還是沒有拿到簽收單!!!
現在我行李有問題了
找不到人負責
我跑去問櫃檯說「我要自己簽名啊,簽收單呢?」
他們說「喔我們就只是簽收,沒有副本」
然後就完全不理我了
完全沒有人要為這件事情負責
2.
我前一天晚上申請了late check-out
所以我可以下午1點在check-out
而且這個要價5歐元!!!!!
結果我12點回到青旅時
我的房卡已經打不開房間門了
害我又需要花時間下去櫃檯
接下來我到房間裡面
置物櫃還是打不開
所以我又要下去櫃檯
而且還是磁扣的問題
他們換一個磁扣上來就可以了
導致我整個行程超級匆忙
而且你們都完全沒有道歉
這讓我很不高興= =
這兩件事情
你們的店員也都沒有任何歉意跟賠償
所以我超級不推薦這間旅館
讓我整個在布達佩斯的旅程都很不高興
