Spacious apartment but not with decent design. The room was so dark, the kitchen looked dirty, made us uncomfortable to cook here and the washing machine smelled bad too. Only two hangers provided for the clothes in a huge wardrobe!!! Which was not enough for a 3 people use. The towel rails was extremely dusty and we had to clean by ourselves before used.
The bed line looked dull, old and dirty too, many hair and dust on it. Luckily we brought our own towels so we didn’t need to use their towels provided.
Another thing is the bathroom draining system was terrible. On the first day, the whole toilet flooded because water can’t go down the drainage. We reported to the staff and they ‘fixed’ it by making the flooding from severe to moderate. Regular maintenance and management is needed before renting out for tourists to enjoy their holiday!
The design of the electric sockets were terrible. 0 sockets next to bed which was extremely inconvenient! Some of them were located high near to the ceiling. What a nightmare.
We were so disappointed theiughout our journey in Budapest as the rating on google map and trips.com were so high! Fortunately, the staff were responsive when there’s an issue but still, not a good experience in general.
Before checking in, we were asked to send them our passports details through WhatsApp, which is one of the means to do that. Yet, we were a bit concerned about the security and safety! We didn’t sent them those details but still successfully got the keys. So, don’t bother doing that.
After all, We will not stay there again for sure.
