Adina Apartment Hotel Budapest

The hotel's location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from the M3 metro station, and there's an ALDI supermarket right next door. The front desk staff were all very polite and helpful. We were able to store our luggage for free before check-in. Plus, during our stay, we had a damaged suitcase we wanted to dispose of, and the hotel front desk kindly offered to take care of it for us free of charge. The room has a small kitchenette equipped with a mini-fridge, microwave, induction hob, range hood, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, and other appliances. There are also plenty of dishes and cutlery, making it very convenient for cooking during your stay. The bathroom is spacious with a separate wet and dry area. There's a window in the room offering a nice view outside. The only downside was that the air conditioning wasn't very cold, and the ventilation in the room wasn't great. One night, we opened the window, and a lot of mosquitoes flew into the room...

I stayed at this hotel with my daughter, and unfortunately, a very concerning experience marred our stay. I particularly want to warn families about the pool, which is not only used by hotel guests but also by outside individuals. During our stay, a man photographed my daughter twice, on two different days, without my permission. I filed a complaint following these incidents, and the case is still ongoing. This experience was particularly distressing for me and remains very difficult to deal with even today. Nevertheless, I must commend the excellent response of the hotel staff. The team was very reactive when I reported the situation, and the hotel manager personally accompanied and supported me in my efforts to file a complaint. I am sincerely grateful to her. I therefore recommend that parents be especially vigilant when they are at the pool with their children. Beyond this incident, I once again thank the management and staff for their professionalism, availability, and support in such a delicate situation.

While not the most conveniently located, the room was spacious and comfortable. I'd recommend it for families.

Clean, spacious room. Good amenities, and the location is in a good neighborhood, relatively close to the Parliament (20 min walk).
