Not absolutely terrible but also not good. I had business to do very close to this location and other hotels were fully booked. Actually the room was acceptable but technically no amenities. You can’t use the air conditioning because they will not give you the controller. Pillow and blanket are very low quality, bed is fairly old. The reminder in the room says cleaning and towel change only in every 3 days. I clearly stayed more and cleaning / fresh towel never happened. Breakfast was kind of okey. You get eggs some salami well and bread. Don’t expect anything fresh and healthy. Coffee is close to non drinkable you should rather choose filter tea. Altogether for short stays acceptable for long term stay look for some more comfort.

Here's an in-depth look at the issues I encountered: 1. **Misleading Room Presentation:** The room I booked didn't align with the enticing photos showcased online, resulting in an unsatisfactory space for three occupants. 2. **Cramped Quarters:** The room's size was disproportionately small, making the bed feel cramped and diminishing the overall comfort of the stay. 3. **Unpleasant Pillows:** The provided pillows were not only uncomfortable but also displayed signs of wear and tear, contributing to a less-than-ideal rest. 4. **Inconvenient Fees Disclosures:** Upon arriving, I noticed a disheartening policy posted at the front desk. Extra fees for room changes, use of the air conditioner, and even replacing a lost access key were prominently listed. This disclosure seemed excessive and raised concerns about the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction. 5. **Inconvenient Location:** My assigned room on the 5th floor was notably cramped due to architectural constraints, and the lack of an elevator to this floor contradicted the expectations set by the promotional materials. The actual room size deviated significantly from the depiction of the standard triple room. 6. **Service Discrepancies:** Given the hotel's 3-star rating, I expected a certain level of service. However, my requests, such as changing the pillow, were met with limited staff availability. The overall room upkeep did not align with the standards anticipated from a 3-star establishment.

The room was like a guesthouse in a county town in China. It was not good when I was in a hurry. It was difficult to book a hotel, so I was forced to choose this one. I had to pay a deposit of 20 euros to use the air conditioner remote control, which was funny. Ctrip's service is much worse than Booking.

Very basic and quite old hotel. The breakfast was very poor and the receptionist who served us was quite unfriendly. But for quality price quite good.

I am coming from Canada. I'm extremely frustrated with the hotel and feel compelled to share my experience. The hotel consists of three buildings, none of which are any better than the others. The entrance is dark and the connections between the buildings feel like a maze of catacombs. It's a complete nightmare trying to find your room. Now let's talk about the rooms. They are downright filthy, and don't even think about finding any electrical appliances. Each room supposedly has a minimum of three single beds, but forget about any comfort because there are no pillow tops provided. Can you believe it? To make matters worse, we were completely tricked by that Turkish Holiday Website, "tatilbudur.com." They led us to this horrendous place that is worse than any hostel I've ever stayed in. I'm beyond disappointed with this hotel. The lack of cleanliness, basic amenities, and the overall experience is simply unacceptable. They need to seriously step up their game and make significant improvements.

It was and in and out stay, arrive late leave early. It’s undoubtedly tired, dated but it’s as cheap as a hostel but you’ve got an en-suite which is non negotiable. I have to speak as I find, the bedding and towels were immaculate crisp and clean as was the room. You get what you pay for and this was next to free! It did what it said on the tin, wouldn’t stay longer than an overnight; but it did what I needed from it. I’ve stayed in four star hotels for €240/ night and had stained bedding, I’m interested in cleanliness first and foremost. If you are a cheap skate with high expectations it will not fulfill!

Hotel entrance looked close and was dimly lit. No restaurant or refreshment facilities. Very unwelcoming. The room was grim with barred windows. The corridors were in darkness and I had to find the light switch with my phone. No evidence of other guests and felt eerie to stay in. Room was dirty with leaking tap in the bathroom. Mold on walls round the windows. No safe and was asked to hand in key when not in room. Did not feel safe or secure, was offered a second room when complained about the leak in the bathroom. This room was just the same. Checked out within 30 minutes. Avoid at all costs.

What a sh*thole... molds directly on the shower head, shower tiles, heavy molds in the shower window. You come into a room, dirty walls and it all looks all old. Easily could go to hotel hell series.

I gave 1 star because you couldn't give 0 stars... terrible experience, dirty rooms, terrible dinner, not to mention the staff... real rude people, if I have to give you some advice... better to sleep under a bridge than to sleep in this hotel.

Hotel ist runtergekommen, kleine schmutzige Zimmer Badezimmer schimmelig und stinkt nach Abwasser Bettwäsche nicht sauber. Extrem lärmig Personal ungeschult, unprofessionell, extrem frech Tiefgarage wie ein Geisterhaus Nie wieder dieses Hotel ! Nicht zu empfehlen!

L’hotel ha un buona posizione, comodissima ai mezzi pubblici. Le stanza non sono male come dimensione ma il letto da dimenticare, durissimo, cuscini inesistenti! La pulizia é un altra delle cose alla quale devo fare una nota negativa, non tanto nella stanza ma nelle parti comuni era molto sporco. La colazione non é continentale, perciò troverete uova strapazzate, wuestel e salumi. Nessuna brioches o dolce solo latte e the, insomma non ho apprezzato. Il prezzo è nella media.

We waren met een groepsreis op doorreis en we hebben hier twee keer een tussenstop gemaakt van 1 nacht. Het hotel ziet er verzorgd uit. Het hotel ligt aan de rand van centrum van Boedapest. Een half uur op loopafstand van stadscentrum. Of goed bereikbaar met de bus. 1e Kamer was redelijk ruim met een goed bed. Kamer was schoon. Badkamer is wat verouderd, met douchecabine. 2e Kamer was ruim met 2 pers. en 1 pers. bed. Bed was goed. Propere kamer. Badkamer is wat verouderd, met douchecabine. Het ontbijt was goed en diner was redelijk. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam . Afstand bediening voor de airconditioner bij de receptie te leen voor 20 euro borg. Een prima plek voor op doorreis of voor een bezoek aan Boedapest.

Struttura indegna e inqualificabile! Non merita neanche una stella!! Stanze e hall fatiscenti, con muffa alle pareti, bagni senza finestre e assorbimento degli odori, asciugacapelli inesistente, tubi che si intasano dopo la doccia con fuoriuscita dal pavimento di acqua e schiuma, frigoriferi in camera mancanti. Alcune stanze non hanno letti ma divani letto di velluto!!! Ascensore che si blocca ad ogni chiamata. Colazione decente secondo standard minimi, cena misera, ripetitiva e inqualificabile. Per 15 giorni abbiamo combattuto anche per avere l'acqua del rubinetto al tavolo per mancanza di caraffe. Le 4 caraffe disponibili giravano per i tavoli: venivano svuotate da un tavolo, tolte dal personale, riempite e portate ai tavoli che non avevano acqua!! Che dire? Assolutamente da evitare!!!
