The location is convenient and easy to find. The hotel and rooms are clean and tidy. The breakfast quality is decent, but the service staff's attitude was terrible. They just sat there playing on their phones, pretending not to see anything. It felt like they were there just to ruin the hotel's image.

The hotel room was nice and comfortable bed and the receptionist was friendly and helpful, I arrived at the hotel around 10:00 clock morning and the check in was after 14:00(2:00) however hopefully the room was ready so the receptionist let us check in before🫶 which was so nice of her . however on the booking page the room showed the picture of bathtub in bathroom and I was expecting that but unfortunately our room didnot have one🤷🏻♀️ There was a breakfast area, but the staff there seemed not very welcoming😑 The location is perfect because there is a easy access to tram, metro, bus after a short walk❤️overall it was a pleasant stay but the room details could be more clearer☺️ and the improvement in breakfast service🤞

Hotel room was good and clean. The bed was so COMFY! Breakfast also good.

The breakfast was excellent.

Pros: Great location, generous breakfast, and warm, friendly staff. Cons: My room faced an air shaft with a glass panel instead of a window, so there was no way to get fresh air. The restaurant on the first floor was noisy, and the sounds of staff working carried all the way up to the top floor, making it impossible to sleep in the mornings. The soundproofing was also poor. To top it off, the elevator was under maintenance, so I had to use the stairs for two days, though thankfully the staff helped with my luggage.

🏨🍳🛏️🌇🚆 After staying in Prague, Vienna, and Budapest, we found this hotel to be the best value of the trip. The breakfast was decent and runs from 7 AM to 10:30 AM, with probably the best eggs we had during our whole stay across Central Europe. The hotel is very well situated — close to the train station and within walking distance to Old Town attractions, which made exploring easy. The rooms are quite small, and we struggled a bit to fit all our luggage between the two of us, but the beds were extremely comfortable and we slept really well. Also worth highlighting is the excellent air conditioning in the rooms, which made a huge difference during the warmer days.

Location was ideal for being able to see all the main attractions. All transport was within 3-5 minutes walk from hotel which was great especially when returning back to hotel after a tiring day. Hotel itself was pleasant. Beds were more comfortable then expected. Breakfast was very good and pleasantly impressed with variety.

This is a standard mid range hotel, fine if you come with no high expectations. Good points include the modern, clean appearance, decent sized rooms and helpful reception staff. On the down side, the single lift is a major problem, particularly at breakfast time (I walked up to the 4th floor twice...), and the entrance is off a rather gloomy unlit street. Otherwise the location is not bad: rather far from the centre (20+ mins walk) but convenient for Keleti station (10 mins walk). There are also decent supermarkets on the nearby square.

The hotel was very clean and well situated.  The bed was very comfortable.  Breakfast was good.  The staff were extremely courteous and attentive.  We found the Atrium Fashion Hotel to be an excellent value accommodation and would stay there again.

Lovely hotel, appears to be quite new. The atrium makes it nice and light. Reception staff were efficient. Our room was quite big, with a window and a kettle was provided - a bonus as far as we're concerned. The fridge was useful, too. Our room was serviced when we went for breakfast, but we didn't put the sign on the door to ask not to be disturbed - all of our things were still all over the place and I like to tidy up before the cleaner comes into the room. Breakfast was adequate, although a larger or second toaster would be a bonus. It was a long wait whilst several guests made their toast. The coffee was warm, not hot. The location is great. It's very close to the Metro, the trams, and buses. A two stop journey on the Metro gets you to the airport express bus. It's easy to get around. I would stay at the Atrium again if I returned to Budapest.

The hotel is situated near bus stops, metro, and tram very convenient to travel around, not faraway from Lidl supermarket. The room is a bit small but manageable. Plenty of space in the bathroom. The window is facing the hallway. Delicious breakfast and plenty of choices for hot or cold food. Choices for coffees and teas.

Very nice and modern rooms. Big comfortable beds and breakfast options are good. Nice to stay there. Location is nice and bus, metro, tram close by. Parking garage right next to hotel and not expensive.

The room is a bit small, so you won't be left with much space to walk around if u have 2 big luggages. The room that I got is a bit smelly, not too sure on the reason. The location is great, with 2 metro lines nearby and walkable distance to many tourists attractions. The front desk/ reception was really friendly and the check in was smooth. Just a small note that there will be an extra city tax that u will need to pay when u check in. As a nice gesture, they also allow me to store my luggages with them after check out.
