As always, great experience and atmosphere. The room is extremely clean as well the hotel itself, great gym. It’s located in the heart of the capital city, walking distance the Jewish district and all the major attraction.

Very nice hotel but I was on the 6th floor and suffered with banging doors throughout the night

It was a very convenient location in the city. The room was larger than I expected and had everything I needed. I recommend it.

Poor service! The reception staff doesn't like to be disturbed. The TV isn't working? They don't have a solution. The bathtub isn't draining? They don't have a solution (the proposed solution: go shower in the public shower at the spa.) No understanding, no effort. You paid? Forget the service. I don't recommend it. If I had known this before booking, I would have stayed in all the other hotels that are right next door, on the same street, but not in this hotel.

It was terrible. The room was terrible and the hygiene was unacceptable. I asked to check out before I stayed in the hotel for 10 minutes. I bought insurance. They said that I couldn't get a refund after I checked in. They also charged me two days' tax. I insisted on getting a refund, and Ctrip helped me solve it. In short, this hotel with no brand is a pitfall, so be careful when entering it.

friendly reception Breakfast was a little disappointing, but it was good because it was close to the supermarket. The long doors that open at the top and bottom of the room were also unique. It was a good size compared to European hotels.

Good sanitary environment. Near Astoria in the center of Budapest. There are subway stations and bus stops within 160 meters. Convenient transportation

Quiet, good soundproofing, basic room type, but not too small.

Nice hotel. The room was clean and well equipped. There are many shops and restaurants around. All the staff here are nice, patient and listen to guests' inquiries. Of course I will book this hotel again if I come back.
