Stay away!! This is the worst hotell i've ever stayed at! We only stayed one night (booked for 7), because it was so disgusting! We arrived around 13:00, we knew in advance that the hotel was old and in need of a renovationg, but this was really bad! We checked in, and had to go to the dentist right away, so we didn't chech the room at first. Afterwards we went shopping, so when we came back we were tired and just went straight to bad. Well, not quite, because the toilet wouldn't stop running... Told the receptionist, he asked which room and came with me... He said there was a problem with every room in this hotel. (I belive you!) He made it stop, but the next day it was the same. And then i saw many aunts in our toilet! I killed 14, and counted over 30. Not only in the bathroom, but also in my room!! (We had the suit, so two rooms and one bath). I went over the room with a flash light, sooo disgusting! Spider, spiderweb, dust, stains and aunts! The couch in my moms room was so dirty! And under the sheets i found several stains and alot of black hair! Even the duvet cover contained several stains! Everything is just dirty!!! We checked out that morning, i complainted to the reseptionist, he asked if i wanted another room. That's a no! We still had to pay for staying the night in this terrible hotel!!! STAY AWAY!!

I will start with the positive: the reception staff is very friendly and helpful. Easy access to Budapest city centre by (trolley) bus and metro. Now the negative: the hotel needs a makeover. I think the interior dates back to before the fall of the wall. It is a noisy hotel. The hotel mainly accommodates large groups. 30 guests continuously sliding their chairs on the tile floor when they have breakfast at five in the morning will generate a lot of noise, audible up to the second floor. The WiFi is very wonky. None of our toilets flushed properly. The shower head was aimed at the shower curtain. An elderly person would have required a step stool to enter the bathtub. Not clean, not vacumed properly as I discovered someone else's underwear behind a chair. Ten euro breakfast not worth it, just get a nice breakfast in town, or buy bread at the supermarket across the road.

This is probably the worst hotel I have ever been to. The room is tiny and very noisy, everything is very old and in a state of disrepair. Plug sockets are hanging off the wall, there is no toilet paper holder or even a shelf in the bathroom; no hot water, WiFi isn’t working, toilet doesn’t flash properly., bath towels are tiny and so old - like thin sand paper! Nothing works here. Just awful.

The most disgusting hotel where we have ever stayed, the food is terrible, there is no internet at all on the 3rd and 4th floors, the whole hotel is terribly dirty and smoky, I am allergic and ate it all, the bed linen has holes and stains. I don’t recommend staying here at all. Hungarians terribly disgusting stinking and dirty people.
