Pendragon House was built in Edwardian times as a Gentleman's residence and is situated in an amazing location overlooking Crooklets beach with off road parking for 4 - 5 cars. From the front of the house the North Cornwall Golf Course can also be seen and at the back there is National Trust land. The town of Bude is just a short walk away.The accommodation comprises of large, spacious rooms over three floors, and the majority overlook either the beach, the golf course or National Trust land. The house features light, airy rooms with high ceilings and original features which are complemented with antique furniture.On the ground floor:A large lounge with feature bay window and open fireplace (for decorative use only) that has been furnished with 3 sofas, window seats, TV, DVD and music system.
