Our host was very friendly and accommodative during our stay. The room was clean. Towels were replaced everyday. The location is in a quiet neighborhood but was closed to restaurant, bistro, cafe, convenience store. It is 10 minutes walk to bus station, old town and the beach. Highly recommended.

The location is great, right between the bus terminal and the Old Town, making it easy to get around. It's also in a residential area, so it's quiet. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. The host was very friendly and helpful during check-in.

An incredible experience! Just a 10-minute walk from the old town and the beach, with shops, bakeries, bars, and cafes nearby. Special thanks to Igor, who answered all my questions. The room was clean, and I liked everything about my stay.

Everything is ok!

Old building, room is small, not as described as per advertised. To get to reception, you will get to climb up quite stiff stairs so be prepared if you have big luggages. Breakfast is standard. We will not recommend

Great location, friendly staff. Very clean and cozy. Easy check-in. Just one request: add forks, teaspoons, and an extension cord to easily power the kettle. Otherwise, I had nothing but positive experiences.

A very pleasant hotel! It's a 10-minute walk to the old town and the beach. The breakfast was delicious and varied. We stayed for two days, and there were several types of eggs, sausage, ham, hot dogs, various cheeses, and vegetables. You can't try everything at once, so you can try something new every day and have variety. We were checked in early, somewhere around 11:30-11:00, which was very nice. Parking is nearby, which is very convenient since there really isn't anywhere else to park. The room was clean, the sheets and towels were white, and the bed was comfortable. There was a kettle. The bathroom fixtures were new and there were no odors. We would happily return to this hotel!

Excellent villa! Quiet, cozy location, friendly cleaning lady, and administrator Igor, who speaks excellent English. There were some cutlery missing in the room.

It's about a ten-minute walk between the beach and the bus station. If you're not going swimming, I'd recommend it. The owner even gives you free beer, which is very friendly! It's less than a ten-minute walk to the starting point for the bus to St. Stephen's.
